Saw you on Swedish television tonight. A few seconds from this video was in a ABBA celebration program, together with a lot of other clips från youtube artists also singing Mamma Mia. Tonight (April 6 2024) it´s 50 years since ABBA won the Eurovision song contest.
Yeah but did you see that bass playing? That was a work of art in itself. Maybe I'm crazy, I only do a little 1,2 on the upright myself but that was nuts in places.
I don't have the words. WOW! I love how the three girls come together in soft harmony early in the song. A terrific performance by all! PERFECT!!! I have another Petersen favorite ... can't have just one.
This song is beautiful! It packed an entire generation, not maybe two or three generations! It is beautiful in Ellen's voice. Thank you, The Petersens, for taking us back in time with ABBA music. Hug to everyone!

We sold out every performance and had to add more because of ticket demand. THANK YOU SO MUCH for bringing this song back into my head. I studied bass at conservatoir de quebec, in montreal, and then from there had a jazz trio for many years. And I hear ya Mama ,,,,,every note you play ...flawlessly. The arrangements are superb and tasteful. YOur sustains are then when they're needed, and pizzicato when it's called for, Not enough credit to you Mama. Kudos to you.
I always knew ABBA had Bluegrass roots...LOL But seriously folks Emmett's take on that was exceptional... The gal's singing, as always, was beautiful and lighthearted.. Kudos for a performance well done!!!!

The best thing about your videos is that they are very professionally made, but yet they are very real and down to earth. It seems like The Petersens are humble, godly and yet very professional about your music. I enjoy the after song credits comments, it doesn't feel like a big production; just real, honest people.
They are so down to earth. They load up their own van, set up their own mikes, stay in down home motels, play in humble venues. Just like you and me, only so much more skilled at their craft. Everyone of them brings their own unique talents to produce such melodious masterpieces. I never liked bluegrass before, but now I can't get enough of the Petersens.
What a joy it must be for all of you whenever you get together - burst into a song, harmonize, try out a new song, come up with a new arrangement, etc. God's glory shines through you! Keep having fun!
