We had a problem with freezing too. Unfortunately the only way to remedy this is to not have anything in front of and blocking the air filter on the top shelf. Thanks for watching!
Sorry about that. We were learning as we made that video. Also you've never been in that house before and if you stepped back you'd hit the wall. It was an extremely tight space. Thanks for the tip. You can also go to the store and look at the fridge too in person.
