i think the problem when u build based on profit pool, u unknowingly make similar product and that kills u in the end, for example Cred was for 1 percent now it became for 100% just like paytm, gpay, phonepe. same for ed tech & food delivery. no variations in application. like kunal's older video of delta 4. i think today's startup will only win, if similar business can co exist in indian market but in India how many people will order in swiggy and zomato on same day?
