Omg get over yourself. P. Diddy has had counsel from day one. Everything coming in or out of jail is searched. That's one of the rules from the time you enter. However, i absolutely want his case ligitaed correctly from beginning to end so that if he is convicted, it's an air-tight conviction and can't be overturned.

isnt the whole thing about the cellphones is because they were reading attorney/client communications?

@__-nd5qi that part will not be admissible in court. But tampering with witnesses and those he committed offenses against will be admissible. Not to mention the tapes. What people don't understand is when it goes to trial, all these rich and influential people like Hollywoods elite are all going to be outed and will also have to go on trial. We have no idea the pandoras's box that will be opened. I think we are going to find out how many actors and people who are truly loved by fans are involved.

Idk see how this is actually a legit legal argument on the defense's behalf. Otherwise, if anybody wants to commit a crime, then all they would have to do is get a lawyer & make sure they're part of the plan, & then commit the crime & keep all the evidence with their lawyer. Then no one would ever get prosecuted. Makes no sense.

If it was he would have got a contraband ticket and locked in, losing phone privileges/recreation/full contact visits/commissary ect..... you cannot just take a inmates legal work "just because"...... you cripple a inmates ability to defend himself.... it doesn't work that way and I'm shocked this jail thought they could do that. I suspect PD knows he’s gonna get bail and he’s gonna beat a lot, if not most of the charges. He’s not heard “no” often and I’d hazard a guess he’s pretty optimistic.
It’s scary that a technical/admin error could result in an overturn, re-trial, etc. This case seems so convoluted because there are SO MANY people involved (many who are needing to cover their own butts). He seems like he covered himself pretty well - videos of illegal acts by others, and how to prove that HE dr*gged them?
My worry is that if he does make bail, he’s got a plan in place. How will they truly monitor someone in a massive mansion, with reported tunnels, house staff, family, etc. I’d bet he’s had a contingency plan in place for YEARS. I’m betting he bolts. JMO.

@ So funny you commented this. I just watched a video with several lawyers talking about all of this. I’ve kinda flipped my opinion. I think you’re right. There ARE so many holes AND like I said, so tough to prove a lot of what he’s charged with. I was just telling my husband that I believe he’ll make bail Friday. But that he’ll stick around and let his lawyers work his case. And we also talked about the fact that getting a “fair” trial is going to be impossible because of the widespread fascination. His team could really focus on that.
This is going to be interesting to watch unfold. I’d hate to be on either legal team trying to contain this.

There is video evidence, voice recording, he is guilty. Lawyers are some ignorant individuals looking out for their careers and profit, NOT justice. Justice should be left to the jury. Attorneys that break the law using the cover of Attorney client privilege's that privilege's should be revoked and the Attorney arrested and become a co conspirator facing the same jail time.
Not monitoring lawyers results in the release of dangerous criminals and these lawyers need to be jailed and face the same time or more because they hindered justice, not the law, but justice. Too many laws are protecting lawyers hiding behind the law to protect criminals. These lawyers need to spend the same time behind bars these criminals do.

Agreed I know for a fact. It’ll be a defense win for them doing that and that’s a big screw up for the prosecution. Huge rookie mistake.

Prison is prison not having everything gcattereted to you. Diddy is pathetic and ngl so is his wife for not even having a slight bit of suspicion. If this was a normal guy would totally be going a different way. He's having everyone of his needs and wants handled. Any other inmate, nahhhhh

Diddy doesn’t have a wife. In fact, he’s never been married. You also have no proof that Diddy is receiving preferential treatment from the corrections center. Do facts even matter to you?
