Thank you for reacting to my documentary! I'm glad that you enjoyed it :) I did a lot of digging in interviews for this video, I don't have any contact with the band sadly.
We have only seen the first episode currently, but we plan to watch the other 2 soon. You have done an amazing job finding details and we are shocked that a documentary with this level of detail was even possible without interviewing the band members directly. Very well done.
@@PsiBellaMusic Thank you very much for your kind words. I hope that you'll like the next part as much as this one :) I can't wait to watch your reaction
It was a series of miracles that made the Band-Maid. But these miracles were always caused by active actions. Miku approached Platinum Passport (a production and management company), and the president of the company happened to be interested in forming a girls band. Miku found Kanami first which, of course, led to recruit Akane and MISA. Saiki happened to be in the Platinum Passport and was available. Members chose "Thrill" (B-side) for their very first MV instead of "Love, Passion, Matador" (A-side of the single CD). They remind me of the phrase "Never say never" and Kanami's favorite phrase "I'll do my best!"😉
Animation scenes were from various existing TV animation series but mostly from the animation called "K-on" which was about five high school girls forming a band. Kasper Michaels is a professional narrator/voice actor who worked with National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, Disney, etc. He agreed to do the narration for Band-Maid documentary videos (total of 7 videos!) because he has been a big fan of Band-Maid.👍😉
No band involvement, but Miku has been quite open about her past and about the hard times when her father left. All the ladies have great stories to them, but Miku has been a massive inspiration to me personally. Her drive and dedication, hard work and never give up attitude has impressed me greatly. Never mind learning guitar from scratch while in a touring band! I picked up guitar again after a 30 year break because of her. I hope you watch the whole series on all of them, I cannot recommend them enough!
This entire series is so well done by Ohrenje and company. The narration and storytelling is exceptional. I've watched them all multiple times. But this one about Miku is on repeat. If I could only meet one maid, it would be her. Her story is so fascinating and really shows how determined she really is. She's an inspiration, and a force. And she ended up creating a miracle. I'm proud of this woman like my little sister. Cheering her on. She's a tough 810 y/o pigeon. Can't wait to see what she and the Maids do next. ぽ
It's a totally independant work actually. But there's tons of interviews (often translated by t-shinji), so there's a huge sum of informations available. Those documentaries are very professionally made with the desire to be the most possibly accurate ... and they are.
This series progressed in order of Saiki→Kanami→Akane→MISA→Miku(1,2,3). Of course, it doesn't matter which way you watch it, but I think the author's intention and composition will be perfect in that order.
In the beginning there was a small pigeon 🐦 who met a guitarist 🎸 who played with a drummer 🥁 who went to school with the bassist 🎸 and then tricked the singer 🎤 to join the band then the small pigeon 🐦 asks the guitarist 🎸 please teach me how to play the guitar 🎸. The Story Continues.
The Miku documentary is in 3, 1/2 hr. each, parts. There are also separate 1/2 hr. documentaries on the same channel about Saiki, Kanami, Misa, and Akane. All are excellent.
Idol well think David Cassidy or Donnie and Marie. Very pop, very conformist and very controlled under contract to the point idols can't date or hang out with the opposite sex and must refrain from drinking and smoking in public to keep the "pure" image.
@@chrisegbertky You're welcome man. Just a minor error made on Psi and Bella's part while watching the video when they mentioned more than once that Band-Maid were Metal. Seems like they're still relatively new to our beloved Maids.✌️❤️🤘🌏

Keep watching the 2 remaining episodes. Very interesting stuff.
Thank you! We are definitely going to watch them all. We love our Band-maid.

Love watching this documentary. Could not agree with you 100%. It's quite fascinating learning about their story and narration is great!!
Ohrenje is awesome & Kasper Michaels who does the voiceovers has a voice almost as smooth as B-M's music....but nothing can be that smooth.😁
We are blessed to be living 'In The Time Of The Maids'. Historians will look back on this time as an important time in Rock history.
Thank you!!

We did not realize that! We will have to start over with the Saiki episode now. WOW!

Band-Maid are not Metal but Hard Rock guys. Hard Rockin Maids at that. Nemophila, Lovebites, Bridear and Hagane are Metal. Not our beloved Maids.🌏
Thank you for this comment!

@michaelhill4353 yes it was an irksome mistake. I am sure it was not intentional just a imprecise usage.
