When they played this at the Chicago show last Nov, Saiki asked us to jump (th-cam.com/video/R9BcFwZz3cc/w-d-xo.html). And we did, cause you always do what Saiki tells you to do. I thought the floor was going to fall through. I can only imagine what it felt like for those in the balcony. I happened to be dead center for the show. Right in front of Saiki and Miku. I almost caught Akane's banana peel. Guy next to me got it. The energy was through the roof. Band-Maid never fails to get your heart pumping. ぽ
As mentioned by others, Band Maid was at AS last year. With the single day VIP ticket (hoping that Band Maid was playing on the MainStage, didn't happen), it was $10 per min., for a 30 min set. For Ace of Spades, you get 2 hours. That's $1.20 per min. for the Ultimate VIP package, Po! What a bargain, lol! 🦍🍌
They are absolutely saturating the U.S. (and, finally, the loyal fans in Mexico are back on the tour itinerary -- hey, The Warning, make the call that you know that you have to make). If the U.S. music and music media industries continue to ignore them (and all of the other wonderful all-female hard rock and metal bands from Japan) after this, drastic measures will be necessary. What is the current rental fee on Ninja's? We may need to look into a volume rental discount.
Band-Maid did Aftershock last year, but not this year. They are playing Ace of Spades in Sacramento, Aug 14th..
