Do this first… Go on lawn care media and get the design… then go on usps and select your route for eddm…. After you select your route then go to then go print out the design at a local print shop… then take back to usps… this is what I did… don’t use a outside source…. I hope this helps 🤞🏾
Loving your planning Ivy! Looking forward to watching your business grow! I'm starting March 1st from 0. I have my equipment ready and a similar marketing plan but on a smaller scale.
Last year I started in June and ended with 50 clients and 55k revenue… you can do it… follow these same steps… you don’t have to do as much just do what you can. Make a plan then put it on your wall and do it… read it everyday and go by it 💯
@@Misterpoisonivy great question...so it all depends on your state bro....Down here in florida you would need 5 years recorded experience...and a contractor in that field has got to sign off on it!!! but if they dont you can use your tax returns to show your years of working for a irrigation company!!! Once you prove that then you take a open book exam it two days One is Business and Law day 2 is Your irrigation exam Each test had 120 questions you gotta find your answers in the books they recommend. Score a 75% or higher and you will be part of a small but very profitable family Bro!!
@Mister Poison Ivy one is to flood this new area with 1,000 flyers/door hangers. Utilizing Angie's this year. I'm solo and got a solid customer base so I'm more focused on multiple services for existing customers.
I currently make 50k/yr with benefits. So after calling into a livestream to ask mike, my goal this year is to hit 30-40k on the side. After work, on the weekends etc. If I can achieve that, then next year right before spring rush I can quit my full time job and fill in that 40 hours with new clients and hit 70-80k. I'm ready for this shit. I'm hungry. Let's grind brother.
You got this!!! I did the same thing! But I didn’t have that many clients… you’re doing it the right way!!! Reach out if you need any advice… I remember your call too
I was doing exactly what you are last year. I went from $17k on the side to $80k in revenue by the end of 2022 and did very little marketing. Did get a few jobs off of Angi leads but mostly was word of mouth and additional work for lawn customers.
Excellent plan! We mix in quite a few lawn signs in our mowing areas. That works really well, along with the door hangers, to keep us on everyone’s mind. They are inexpensive and we get a lot of new clients that way
Hey brother, firstly congrats on being successful my man. I love the grind. But I wanted to ask you how much capital you started with and with what equipment. And also, how much do you pay Augusta every month for your franchise
Hope to watch you grow mad respect how many years in are you? How many customers do you have and what’s your per mow minimum? Would be cool to see a video pulling the curtain back so we can see who ivy the boss man is
Love it! We shooting for $360k… will got my two guys and will need to bring on 2 more… probably by April and May… need a second van then getting our vans wrapped… definitely stepping up the door hanger program
I know it will be hard to hear but you need to drop that franchise and do your own thing. You are in a trap and you don’t know it. I owned a lawn doctor franchise. Took me 10 years and about a half a million to get out of that
Yo Mr Poison Ivy just liked and follow. I have a pressure washing business in New Jersey and love how ur getting to that money

I don’t think you will need to spend half of that to hit your revenue goal. Good luck
