I have added this to my daily workout since I'm really a novice. I promised myself this and the no equipment 17 minute hit video each day for 30 days and then to move forward from there. Thank you for presenting fitness as achievable for ALL. Sometimes it is just having some agency even if on a day all I can do is the breathing..I did it and was successful.

Have you ever thought about going vegan?
I have a mostly vegan diet as I don't have milk, eggs or meat. I don't talk about it too much as it's not really my area of expertise

Nothing did for 3 years but occasionally when I eat out I have the vegetarian option if nothing else available 👍
