for Strawberry, you should talk it over with your husband. As Prachi said , your mother in law is for real toxic. You're the wife for a reason. You should be the Queen of the house and therefore have say on whatever is going on at home. Raising your kid is your task not anybody, not even your Mother in law. Your husband should not overlook this issue especially if it's affecting your overall health condition. Yes, she is your husband's mother, but you are your husbands wife and your childs mother. She's the grandmother and should know where to stand.

I think it's not good to ignore her by making excuses. If mil come talk like normal that problem is nothing but if she point out your mistakes in cooking or child raise , then petionaly tell your point of view on that. After also if she is doing the same thing then tell her that take my child to your home for a month if he is more than 5 years old. Definitely she will not do the same because she is just torchering you nothing else.
And for cooking if your husband is on your side tell me to tell his mom that I want to eat "good food " for at least one time in day so please mom cook the lunch. If your husband takes tiffine to office make your mil to cook for Tiffin. In 7 days she will get tired of cooking. And she will not say onwards for cooking.

I am 21 y/o girl, dating a guy who is 19, (yes, my bf is younger than me) from 1 year. he loves me so much but due to some incidents in his past and childhood, he has extrem fear that i will leave him. he behaves like a child sometimes (crying over little fights, 'tag me in every pic' he says,"he can't concentrate on anything when we don't talk for more than 1 hr" " call/vc me everytime when you get time form studing."etc.) I told him many times that i need some me time, i need space but he doesn't understand. I think he is being way too obsessive, it is harmless in most cases but it can also go very wrong sometimes. Please take care of yourself. Now with the matter at hand, ask yourself whether you are really in love with him or you are just continuing this relationship just because of his fear or guilt over leaving him. If you love him then tell him that if he want this relationship to continue he has to make major changes, and if you don’t love him then phase him out of your life slowly. I am sorry it sounds bad but I don’t know what this guy is capable of.
Before entering into another relationship sort this one out first. Otherwise it is not fair to either of those guys.
PS: It is not unusual or wrong to be attracted to other people, but remember cheating is a decision we make consciously.
your boyfriend has a very obsessive behaviour and can be very dangerous for you because if you will ever try to break up with him he may not take that easily and take deteriorating steps. first get him involved in some physical activity (sports}and meditation for calming down the anxiety. Your relationship seems very toxic .He is way too dependent on you and this seems like a parent child dynamic . one of my friends also was in this kind of a relationship where the guy was this obsessive and she you used to try and explain him about his unhealthy behaviour but he never changed and finally when she tried to break up with him he kept on coming back to her all the time and literally never left her alone until she brought his parents into the scene . To be honest you should never try and be someone's therapist in the initial years of the relationship cause then they get addicted to you and trust me it gets horrible when you want a break . so get that guy professional help because let's face it you are getting tired of it {as you wrote} .

For some reason I was searching for this topic and saw many videos on this... And as per my expectations I found out that even those who make fun of "why its allowed to Mary cousin" are also commonly attracted to their cousins. Sharing same room then obviously this will end up in sexual intercourse... That's natural attraction, thats the reason when cousins are not considered as brothers and sisters this can be avoided. Strawberry, I think it's best to confront your MIL. Of course, take your husband in confidence first like what Prachi suggested. After that, just keep on moulding your child your way. If your MIL comes in between, just tell her that I think this is the right way as per today's reality. Do this without being rude so that she doesn't get extra points/reasons to play upon later when things get stretched. This way your husband will also stay in your favour. Say to her that no girl would be ready to marry him or all other things that make sense to her. Be ready to face drama 2-3 times or maybe more number of times. Whenever any such heated discussion happens, just say politely that he is your child, and you should also be given the chance of teaching your child the basic life skills. Be persistent and don't give up. At all other times be good to her, just get serious and assertive whenever something like that is happening. Slowly and steadily she will start retreating. It has games and chat facility.. Yea but don't get addicted or else u will waste a lot of ur time and money in it...
