For cut off wheels I use benchmark abrasives wheels it’s amazing how much longer they last than big box or welding shop wheels. I don’t have a chop saw but for sheet steel I sometimes use an old craftsman skill saw with a Diablo steel blade.
Big plus 1 on the Evolution saw, also looked like you have a couple loose screws on one of the control arms - guessing you knew that but just in case 😮
Nothing that I have seen in the year + they've been cut, but you have to remember I welded in a 180 wall 2x4 steel tube to the body and capped the doors with 1/8 steel plate... everything is way stronger than factory.
They are hecasa brand, they look rad, light output isn't so great, My plan is to send them to BajaLED retro fits and have him install his projector. www.amazon.com/shop/geeks4x4/list/2XHOQHYS0TVX0?ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d
My Evolution metal chop saw is the best thing I’ve ever bought for metal working.
I’ll look into them😎

Ya helps you get in the working groove right? I haven’t gotten into the podcasts yet.
Any structural integrity issues with the door chop?
