    Awesome vid Keith!
    1) 👍 for stick shift ❤️
    2) why was heater duty stuck at 0% on the scanner?
    3) I have seen the same 4 codes on an identical Wrangler... But in that case the PCM was not able to supply power to the heaters, and the O2 signals were actually good but slow to warm up just by the exhaust gases. Also called a bad PCM 😁
Couldn't you just do an NPR bypass sensor ground externally in your case?

Keith, when you are saying that the PCM is looking not only at the heater circuit, but also at the signal, is that explicitly stated in the SI or an interpretation of the events? There is yet another juicy interpretation, but not sure if it applies in this case...

Couldn't you just splice in the driver from the other bank-- and have your one good side run both sensors -- at least then it could fool the computer that it's working and keep everything happy? Not ideal I know.. and you lose your monitor function on that side, but could it work? (I live in Oklahoma and we don't have inspections, so rigging an 02 repair is not uncommon here. lol.. or just cutting it all off).

@@NewLevelAuto In the future- could you please explain the relationship between 'upstream and downstream" 02 sensors? I understand fairly well how 02 sensors work, and long/short fuel trims, etc. But I've never really seen a clear explanation for the difference between an up and downstream sensor/ why it needs both of them/ and what each one is actually doing.. (just a topic suggestion- not related to this video really). Cheers.

Lemme try. Upstream sensors provide feedback to pcm to maintain near stoichiometric fueling, and down stream ones monitor cat performance. Some manufacturers do use downstream ones for fueling but in a minor role.
