Waiting to make high quality edited video content, has meant we haven’t put out a video over 2 years; so we are going to just start posting one take unedited videos that we think may help folks with their DIY moped projects.
In this video we disassemble a rusty crusty Puch e50 one speed motor straight from the swamp! This motor is found on the Puch Maxi, Puch Magnum, Puch Series B, JC Penny Pinto, JC Penny Swinger, Sears Free Spirit, and Others.
You’ll see how to use a cordless impact driver, flywheel puller, manual impact driver, clutch puller, Amsoil Metal Protector, MAP gas , as well as various hand tools to bust through rust and remove stuck hardware. These tools and techniques will help not only on Puch e50 motors, but on many other motors and/or body parts of your mopeds.
