I appreciate you consistency and hard work, i just want to say that people from tier 1 and tier 2 are getting more opportunities compare to tier-3.
Big MNC companies come to tier-1 colleges doors, but tier-3 students need to open MNC's doors manually 😅.
At the end lot's of hard work require for apply in big MNC.

@@bhavyajain2305 Bhai good point, actually i have also started peer programming and it turned out to be the best way to learn coding and to prepare for placements. Bhai maine ek WhatsApp group banaya hai friends ke sath and wahan pe apan sath me problems krte hain, contests dete hain, like cheating nhi krte but agar kisiko koi logic chamak gya to for the sake of approach we discuss it. And abhi to utna progress nhi hua, mtlb newbie and pupil hi pahuche hain apan sb but we are trying our best

Don't think about cracking placement in 3 months .This year it was very easy to get placement due to high hiring.Paytm took 12 people from our college and most of them were below average students and our college is tier 2.Start studying from today itself.
