Sir I am in a really bad situation, I am an engineering student, I scored 8+ cgpa in my 1st sem but since then I am on my downfall. Am unable to focus on anything, whenever I sit to study I start thinking about something else or opens YT, not just that I mastur*ate daily, unable to sleep properly either, my sleep schedule is fkdup*!
