Behavioral Mock Interview (Jobs and Internships)

This video shows a sample mock Interview that covers the most common questions asked in a behavioral interview. More specifically, we cover:
1) Tell me about yourself
2) Why do you want to work for us
3) Talk about a time when (with variation)
4) Questions to ask at the end of the interview

I would watch the upticks at the end of each sentence. It can be very distracting.

Overall, great mock interview video, however the candidate presents minimum substantive information in regards to specific behaviours around Leadership (ie 4 min mark), most of the ans focuses on the task / situtaion. Not sure if this was intentionaly done, given in a real Mck or Bain interview, the interviewer would cross question and deep dive to elicit specific behaviours.
