I think like Monarkey have said before..
Will we reach level 100 every thing will even out that are bp going matter more and it’s possible to get new equipment or crafting materials to get the equipment.
Can that be true?
All these variant units would make sense if you had the same 3 units would unlock a unique potential tied to certain armor set
If they did add more upgrades a little while later, they would just be further upgrades to the ones we just got. Given the stats of the new upgrades, I'm inclined to think there may indeed be another round of upgrades for these things, or at least there probably should be. XD It actually would kind of fit to tie it to a new, higher difficulty quest, buffing up the baseline for players, then adding another level to go for if you play harder than that. They certainly could use a better reward on the tough content.
People too lazy to even upgrade from the argenti weapons and armors we got free for people to play catch up🤦♂️ by the time new content comes out they have to farm stia alone and wonder why it’s taking so long to get the mats needed

The fact that starters need to play alone constantly, seems like a terrible oversight on the game developers part.
you dont need to play alone simply play the story and your done, they give you everything you need. thats pretty standard
@@KronoKatastrophy 1 - the story is boring, 2 - I very much doubt the story will give me 500+ of those new yellow grinders to upgrade my 11☆ gear.
3 - also, the idea of calling other people lazy cuz they don't wanna waste time farming in a video game in order to upgrade something that will become absolete in 3 months is absolutely wild.

"wasting time" you are playing a video game, that's technically a waste of time by default. and the key word here is PLAY. part of the point of rpgs is to grind and improve your character's power and gear. don't like that, then maybe rpgs aren't for you. but this is really stupid to me, "oh no i need to play the game i supposedly like (why else are you playing) for a few hours to get gear that will last me half a year at minimum" please. come on.
and yes it'll last that long, a second upgrade is confirmed/guaranteed by sega at some point down the line.
finally, something doing 1% less dps (wingard for example vs duo selio) is not 'obsolete' but you guys will pick anything you can to get out of playing the game.
in short, YOU ARE LAZY, objectively so, if you are unwilling to grind for duo selio and dostasis if your reason for not doing so is "it's too hard"
Do we think we will keep upgrading these in the future? or just 1 upgrade only? Since we're getting a "duo" type upgrade, getting a "Tri" third upgrade path later would be dope.
If they go by the OG PSO2 logic, we might have a 3 step upgrade gear but no further than that, every now and then we will get an entirely new set of gear to farm and upgrade in a new zone.
For this set I don't think they will go with a third step, such things usually happen on 15* gear, that said. We are nearing Level 100 already and our highest gear tier is 11* so who knows at this point.
@@Zero001 3 step upgrade in base start at rarity 13 weapons like how we upgrade 13* Profound weapon in to 14* Starquake and 15* Trailblazer.
However, Item that we use to upgrade Exelio to Duo Selio is called Evoluvolt I, that highly imply the existence of Evoluvolt II in the future.
I'm pretty sure next Duo selio upgrade (if it going to have one) will make it a 12 stars weapon.
Thats just my guessing.

Given their plans, it seems so (especially with the naming scheme they picked, like you pointed out.) There may be new gear items that are rarer in the future, but these should be functioning as routinely worthwhile units to maintain.
the current working theory is we will get another weapon before the next weapon upgrade. as for armor we dont really know. i dont see a future where they release upgradeable armor but still release an armor in between, it just undermines the entire system
2nd upgrade(upgrade tp 12 star) will have them.
Yeah don't wait for Alpha Beta Sheza armors, wait for Purples!

Another reason to think why A, B, S variants won't be coming is that they should have already announced them and release at the same time. There's no reason to not release them at the same time as the rest.
I sure as hell hope they don't pull something stupid and bring out another type of armor, they need to stick with doing upgrades and just release new units/weapons when we move the the next rarity level.
oh they are 100% not going to come out with a new armor, but people will say they will and make every excuse not to make these
Yeahhhh anyone upgrading to the garbage about to come out is insane 😅 I made that mistake once when Einea came out and will most definitely be patient this time and hope for something similar to Arga (red) to come out eventually cuz 35 hp, 7pp and 1.0 DR.
Still using Einea because imo ^those stats are wayyy better than having a blank armor with no stats and only a difference of 1.0 potency.
I feel if you have Einea or Wingard it is pointless to upgrade.

Belta, Arga and Sheza usually have a tiny bit more defense and overall HP/PP bonus than Vio or Vida. So I WILL wait. At least to be sure I ain't making a mistake.
and don't forget the more focused potency of 2x potency types to +0.5% potency across having 3x of them so extra +1.5% potency in total before the multipliers for ektasis arga, belta, and sheza yes plz and thank you.🤔🤨🧐

Data miners already showed what’s coming next. These armors an weps will be upgradable again into a red version instead of the blue glow we have now. Yes upgrade to these do not wait.

Yeah those variants are for sure not happening. They're not going to introduce some new upgrade system and then not use it lol
Replace a unit its not as transformative as replace a weapon, don't have diferent potencials or anything like that so this maybe be the start for just upgrading our units

@@KronoKatastrophy perhaps the question is less of what new region did we get, but moreso what new region will we get? think about it- the story quests tease at going beyond leciel- and all these loops around halpha have been preparing us for that- no way would they reveal an overarching boss of a game and keep us in beginner area forever that would be crappy game design
second i posit this- what if the duoselio are crappy boost stats cause we have stronger augments now? perhaps the devs mean to imply we have more freedom to customize our gear?
