- Warning! Video quality is not the best. Idont know why some of the videos were so zoomed in that you cant see clearly everything sorry about that.. There is only one slot that you need to mill for that one pin in the bronze bearing not slots like it says in the video. These bearings cost me all togheter 967 euros including the tax 24%... The original bearings with the slots would have cost me over 2000 euros plus transport... They were not found in finland.. So i live in finland... Sorry that i didnt film everything when i put it back togheter because it took so long to find a place to stand this shitty pad wich i filmed the video.. I hope this helps.. Thanks

Hola estoy haciendo el mismo trabajo que ud. Me pasa que no quiere salir con solo sacar los 4 pernos y el distribuidor de aceite. Hay que desrmar algo mas en la cola de el torno???
Sometimes the big tube that holds the spindle bearings inside is stuck in its hole. You can loosen it by sprayng rust off spray through the four threaded holes on top of the lathe and then thread in one of those screws and tighten it so much that the tube rotates little and then screw it out again and screw it in to the opposite side hole and tighten the screw to that hole so much that the bearing tube rotates a little. Keep doing this rotating thing and spray rost off from the threaded holes same time and then the tube should get loosen and then you can pull it out.. I hope this helps 👍

@@user-md2mr7gx4m hello. Im not sure what do you mean, but it does have taper attachment with the lathe it is possible to broach keyways and even gears with feed. Im sorry i really dont understand completely what you are asking sorry..

@@user-md2mr7gx4m no. Idont have that kind of device for the lathe and i dont think there is that kind of machine for these cazeneuve lathes

Any idea where a guy can get a thread dial for one of these machines?
I do have one but not for sale.. Maybe just need to keep eyes open if it comes for sale on ebay or some other that kind of world wide shopping place... You can allso ask straight from cazeneuve if they have them for sale.. Propably price is out of this world but they ship stuff very fast... Example i ordered some small stuff straight from cazeneuve france to finland and it arrived about in 3 days..so very fast
i have the same problem but the buring is to expinsive
and i dont work know dos it work becaus i do the same thing but with bearings but chuke stop tourning and it dosent work 2 bearings cost 2000 euro is to much for me and big prolblem pls sir tell me if it works good or not
Yes these bearings in the video works perfectly... I have two cazeneuve lathes and i have fixed them both this way

Ei ne varsinaisesti ihan sökönä ollut. Pyöreys heittoa ollut alusta asti, kun kone minulla ollut n. 7v. Eikä se pahitteksi ole niitä tarkistaa, kun ei ole tietoa milloin olisivat vaikka aikaisemmin vaihdettu... Tästä pienemmästä kasanoovasta mihin videolla vaihdoin laakerit tarkastin ne n. 2kk aikaisemmin ja etummaisen laakerin yhdestä rullasta oli pieni palanen murtunut... Kyllä ne uudet laakerit lisää yllättävän paljon käyttömukavuutta ja kasanoovaan ne on vielä aika helppo vaihtaa. Työkseni näillä koneilla sorvaan ihan joka päivä eikä ne millään kevyellä harrastekäytöllä ole olleet sen voin myöntää myös kylläkin.
Tarkoitan siis, että minulla ollessa ei ainakaan kevyellä käytöllä ole ollut.. Aikaisemmasta urakka käytöstä en niinkään tiedä. Ainakin paineilmapakka siinä oli ja paineilmalla toimiva pakansuojus niin silloin ostaessa ajattelinkin, että jonkunlaisessa urakka käytössä ollut... Taisi olla abb:llä muistaakseni ollut
Oliko joku tarkkuusluokka näissä uusissa laakereissa?
Ei ollut mitään tarkkuusluokkaa uusissa eikä vanhoissa eikä ole cazeneuven näissä karalaakereissa ollut mihin kolmeen ne vaihtanut... Ainoa ero laakerin merkinnöissä on tuo w joka tarkoittaa tuota uraa sisäkoolissa... Enkä ole myöskään mitään eri tarkkuusluokka merkintöjä etsinnöistä huolimatta vastaavista kartiorullalaakereista löytänyt...tarkoitan, että toki niitä tarkkuusluokka merkintöjä muilla laakerivalmistajilla on mutta vastaavissa timken laakereissa en ole niitä löytänyt enkä timkenin katalookeissakaan ole niitä löytänyt ja vastaavilla mitoilla olevia laakereitakaan en ole onnistunut löytämään muilta valmistajilta. Kolmeen eri kasanoovaan olen vastaavat laakerit vaihtanut ja toimii moitteitta...ja siis vielä kasanoovan alkuperäiset laakerit ovat nuo täysin samat paitsi sisäkoolissa se ura. Voi siis olla, että timkenillä nuo laakerit ovat jo lähtökohtaisesti korkeamman tarkkuusluokan kartiorullalaakereita ilman merkintöjäkin.. Ken tietää

@@jannemohkoi2299 Itse vaihdoin viime vuoden puolella Deckeliin vaakakaran laakerit. 2kpl viistokuulalaakereita oli "p4" tarkkuusluokalla. Viistokuulalaakereissa nämä tarkkuusluokat ovat kyllä yleisempiä. Kyseisten laakereiden takana oli vielä yksi rullalaakeri joka oli P5 tarkkuusluokalla. Sitä ei ihan suoraan löytynyt mistään. Eri valmistajien välillä on toki merkinnöissä eroja.
@@jannemohkoi2299 Timkenillä on erittäin laadukkaita laakereita ja erikoisia malleja. Vanhassa cincinnatin jyrsinkoneessa on timkenin kartiorullalaakereita laipalla, tuumainen mitoitus asettaa omat haasteensa niiden saatavuudelle suomesta. Hintaakin oli, kun aikanaan niitä kyselin.
