@@HH-Machining tässä isommassa on kunnostettu johteet ja ovat kuin uudet ja tuossa pienemmässä vielä ihan ookoo kunnossa ei ole kunnostettu. Isommassa on pylkän siirto ihan poikittain siirtämällä pylkän runkoa sivu suunnassa niinkuin useimmissa kärkisorveissa, mutta tuossa pienemmässä pylkän runko on ns. kiinteä, mutta pinoolin morse on epäkeskeinen ja sitä liikutellaan tavallaan silleen kaarevasti ikäänkuin puolikuun muotoisesti vähän vaikea selittää, mutta elikkä se kärki ei ole koskaan korkeus suunnassa täysin keskellä sitä sorvin keskilinjaa. 25 sulakkeilla ilman nykyaikaisia vikavirtasuojia toimii ihan ok, mutta minulla siis 35 toset sulakkeet

@@ابومحمد-ص7ر7ق hello. Im not sure what do you mean, but it does have taper attachment with the lathe it is possible to broach keyways and even gears with feed. Im sorry i really dont understand completely what you are asking sorry..

I repeat my thanks to you and I appreciate your good morals, sir, by spreading knowledge and knowledge, but this indicates the highness and elevation of your honorable person.

Sometimes the big tube that holds the spindle bearings inside is stuck in its hole. You can loosen it by sprayng rust off spray through the four threaded holes on top of the lathe and then thread in one of those screws and tighten it so much that the tube rotates little and then screw it out again and screw it in to the opposite side hole and tighten the screw to that hole so much that the bearing tube rotates a little. Keep doing this rotating thing and spray rost off from the threaded holes same time and then the tube should get loosen and then you can pull it out.. I hope this helps 👍

@@ابومحمد-ص7ر7ق i think there a lots of work opportunities in finland for cnc machinists but this kind of work that im doing here wich is manual machining is starting to be very rare here in Finland. My work is mostly repairing stuff that i would like to think are a step harder than many companies would like to do and usually no room for error kind of work. My facilities are really not suitable for more workers than only me so there is not really a job offering for my part and like i said earlier here in Finland most job opportunities for machinists are for cnc machinists. I hope this answers some of your questions

Yes you are correct

It is 52mm in lathe and 75mm in that big swing attachment but with that it is about 500mm deep and then there is m30 thread for pull bar so i can pull heavy stuff towards the chuck if needed

Tapered roller bearing id 105mm, od 190mm and length 45mm
