I don’t know how many times I’ve commented already that we love your videos. We never get bored watching them even if they’re an hour or longer. You make it so interesting and you pick the perfect music too. Just listening to the music is so uplifting. Well done Robert! Keep making these videos, please! 👍☀️
After working all week and never getting above water, watching nothing but bad news on tv for the last 3 years for sure, it’s always a pleasure to watch a new traveling Robert video.
Thanks Robert for another Great Sunday Night for me, Great Music, Great Narration, Great Subject Matter, as you say FREE in my RV, for me its FREE on my PC, I live in Florida maybe someday we will cross each other passing, be safe my friend until next Sunday Night, Peace Brother and IIeana too.
Robert, I grew up watching Jacques Cousteau and Mutual of Omaha every Sunday as a little girl. I was always excited and thrilled to see those shows on Sunday and then my dad said onto the Walt Disney show. I am still just as excited to watch your documentary every Sunday! You and Illy are truly living the American dream, no, the dream of any human being! May you and your wife continue to be safe on your travels and we appreciate the excellent footage that you were giving us to share that dream of a lifetime.
Hey, Robert. I just wanted to tell you that I really enjoy your voice and how you communicate in general. You're easy to listen to. I also appreciate your humor and the info you share.
When I've had a long, stressful day, and I still have work to do at home in the evening, I just catch up (or rewatch) Traveling Robert. The music alone brings me peace. There is so much divisive content out there, but Robert brings peace to everyone! Thanks again, Robert!
I must admit this "Alaska" series so far has been outstanding! New things you all have shared, explored, and really gives our "northern most State" a great overview! Brings the famous question, where are you all going next?! Very well done!
Amazing to see a rainy day that can be so beautiful. All you can do is embrace and enjoy whatever weather comes your way. Looks like it was an amazing cruise and a very interesting hike nonetheless. As always, continued safe travels.....
👋🏼 Totally enjoyed your Seward trip. Living in Anchorage, we’ve camped and visited Seward since the 80s. Last motorhome trip was pre Covid. Makes me miss my sister. 😢I’m amazed how empty the RV park is in July. Mt. Marathon. 🫣 The Brewery and Rays. Yum. Wish you had better weather. ⛅️🌲
Hello Traveling Robert 👍👍👍, THIS was an AMAZING video! My son is autistic and he was Absolutely in AWE as what he was seeing. He looked at birds, and whales, and get this, GLACIERS! We both were in AWE and AMAZEMENT as what we saw...Absolutely Incredible! The hike up the mountain was interesting as well. Robert, this was AWESOME! I'm looking forward to the next visit. Outstanding!
Beautiful scenery of Alaska. Seward is on my bucket list of places to visit in Alaska next year. Thank you for sharing your travel adventures with your fans
I was in Seward in the middle of September in 2017, and we had beautiful weather. The sun was shining the majority of the time, SO BEAUTIFUL! I even rode the sister tour boat, "Orca" for my 6 hour tour. You were so lucky to get to see whales, we didn't get to see any, but did see lots of seals and a few Orcas. I have always dreamed and wished I could go back. I am so glad that you were able to experience some of Seward. Thank you for sharing your trip and allowing me the opportunity to revisit some of the places you went (I also ate at Ray's and the food was AMAZING!). I hope you have continued safe travels!
Do you know, Seward was named in honor of William H. Seward, President Abraham Lincoln's Secretary of State. William K. Seward was responsible for negotiating the purchase of Alaska from Russia in 1867. Enjoy your gruelling adventure brother.
Wonderful video! You were so lucky to see so many humpback whales. I like that you show traveling, both the good and the bad. Sometimes you get lucky in traveling and have beautiful weather and sometimes you just have to deal. We went to the West Coast back in September and we had many gorgeous days, but we had to walk through the Redwoods in the rain. We also had to walk the beaches of Oregon in drizzle. You have to take the good with the bad. That's what traveling is all about. Unless it's storming, you just gear up, go and make the best of it! Sometimes it's sunshine and sometimes it's "moody". lol
Loved this video, Robert. Especially the new music that played during the boat ride. It was beautiful and had a wistful happiness to it. I've been in bed with covid for the past day and enjoyed marathonning your Alaska videos while resting. Glad I had the excuse to get caught up on Alaska 2023! Can't wait to watch more!
I Love Your Videos Oh My Gosh I Traveled With you On The Trip Arizona N.M.And Thru All I. 10 And Now Alaska Thank You Thank You For Bringing Me OnThis True Holy Journey Its So Wonderfully Beautiful And Maybe On A Real Trip For Me I Hope To Meet You And Your Other Half God God Blesss You. Keep Up The Beautiful Videos❤❤❤
A beautiful place. Any one whò has ever been camping knows you make the best of it good or bad. Thank you for sharing this video and for the work that went into it.
Wow wow wow I can’t find the words to say how beautiful ,quality ,amazing episode, I adore the TH-cam , there is such a talented operators and editors have opportunity to share their beautiful programs.like a Robert , i didn’t see any difference from TH-cam er then National Geographic films where lots of Crewmember working for one film, and Robert alone make this beautiful film , thanks a long we enjoy every moments , dear Robert I think you should use more native music to fill more wild Alaska, and your voice is so counselor ,clear ,calm, and relaxing, helooo from California
What a great variety of content here! Such a delight to see the glacier calving, birds and marine life.. Those whales.. what an incredible sight! That Sony zoom lens is worth its weight in gold for all the fantastic footage you capture with it- I don’t doubt it has truly taken a beating after this trip. Really appreciate the beautiful videography and narration, and loving the new songs composed for this series. Resurrection Bay is a good one, it will surely be a versatile multipurpose tune in the future. Thanks for going to such great lengths in braving some of the rainiest and cloudiest days that Alaska could dish up in order to produce what has got to be the wettest season you’ve ever done. Totally worth it!
How wonderful to see all those whales, and the little sea otter, seals and eagles! It would've been so beautiful with the sun out, but weather cannot be scheduled! The glacier was still a beautiful blue! The views with the sun out were majestic! You did good on that hike! Great video!
What a fabulous video, you are such a gifted photographer and tour guide. I feel as if I am there with you. Some of those views are very similar to the South Island, New Zealand, Fjordland in particular.
What an awesome 6 hour boat cruise...spectacular scenery 👌...I was wondering how fast can you get to your bear 🐻 spray if one happens to surprise you on these Alaskan hikes 🚶♂️....I would probably do a drone recon before taking that trail to identify also some landmarks as I go in addition of checking for grizzly bears...
WOW! I have been to Seward twice but only to board cruise ships. It looks like a great area to spend more quality time in. The Kenai Fjord cruise looked awesome! Thank you for taking us with you on your journey!
Wish you had better weather but the clouds added another dimension. We had great weather there and it was amazing. We did a 5 day kayaking/camping trip out of Seward and had a whale check us out. You could look right in his eye. Marathon mountain is a strenuous hike. They had an avalanche on the road where the big waterfall was in the beginning of the video last spring. Really loved the video and will look forward to next week.
Excellent, You took the time to speak with the residents of Utigavik. People are the place not so much the stuff. I've watched many Barrow videos they all excluded the best ....the people.
Love Seward! Great video, more happy places are Girdwood, Kenai and Homer. Next year we hope to take the train toDenali. We go every year, we have family in Anchorage. Love your video❤️
Another great episode--the footage of the whales is terrific! Regarding bad weather...what can you do? Unless it's really horrible, with the appropriate gear you can manage to have a decent outing. We once hiked in a rainstorm in The Badlands with only flimsy Disneyland rain ponchos for rain gear. We actually had a pretty good time--it was wet but warm, the only downside was getting the mud off our boots. Your "Gilfoyle" bartender reference amused me--I thought a bit further back the actor's career and imagined how Bill Haverchuck might have ended up tending bar in Alaska. The Aialik Glacier is one of those places where "awesome" is truly an apt description. I'm thinking a chunk of the glacial ice they scooped up would look good in a glass of bourbon 🙂
Video brought back found memories of my trip to Seward in the first week of June 2011. Stayed at a hotel facing the Marina and had 2 beautiful sunny days, however on the 3rd day our weather turned to freezing sleet for our boat trip. It was so cold you could only stay outside tops 5 minutes before your fingers felt like they might freeze. We did see whales breach the surface, but you saw many more than we did. Also got to see the glacier calving. Would go back to Seward in a heartbeat, same for all of Alaska. You have had a wonder journey.
Robert, If you would've went past the waterfall and went to to the end there's another camping area on the left. If you'd make a right you'll drive through a residential area and at the end there's a hiking trail that takes you up and over a mountain through a tropical forest with wooden bridges.
Good morning Robert what tremendous power from that waterfall very cool brewery just what the doctor ordered on a rainy day and the second bar looked like the had a lot of memorabilia anyway I get up on Sundays just for your premiere back to the show talk to you soon
Robert you are very lucky a grizzly or brown bear did not cross your path there on those Alaska mountain trails, may you continue to have good luck on your travels. Javi G.
So I have taken that voyage on the keen Eye peninsula twice. And it has been glorious but I never got to see humpback whales being that active and i'm up close. We had some killer whales come around, But what you had with those humpbacks that was incredible. So awesome I fell in love with alaska❤

Nothing better than an hour of Traveling Robert on Sunday Morning!
After working all week and never getting above water, watching nothing but bad news on tv for the last 3 years for sure, it’s always a pleasure to watch a new traveling Robert video.
I wish TH-cam was available when my parents were alive. They always dreamed of going to Alaska. Your videos are wonderful. Thank you for sharing.

Every time I hear the track at 11:32 I always imagine Julio Iglesias coming on and starts singing🥰☺️
Hey, Robert. I just wanted to tell you that I really enjoy your voice and how you communicate in general. You're easy to listen to. I also appreciate your humor and the info you share.
Thanks so very much for showing my husband and myself your trip.
❤ may be the best music yet ❤

I lived in Seward for a year. It was my first teaching job and I loved it. The town has really changed since then! I would love to go back.
My grandfather & father lived in Seward from 1920 to 1965....I grew up in Seward also....beautiful place😊

Nice video. We took that same cruise out of Seward in 2005.
Fun! How was your cruise?
The cruise was great and was the highlight of our trip.@@BeanCruisers
Hi Robert. Alaska looks like Scotland, Norway or Kamchatka. Great scenery, when the weather allows you to see it.
Alaska is amazing 👍
Miami driver as he nearly runs over the people in the crosswalk. funny stuff
Wow Robert this trail has everything but a good ending o well you got some exercise
Oh that hiking trail looked a bit ominous. so much growth for the Bears.
Awesome live!
Wow 😳 that's good weather!
It was chilly when we were there.
I love this video😊

Amazing
Fun video.
Great video Robert
Dope video again boss
I wish the trail had a marker to indicate which way. Still a pretty area.
Great video, we are enjoying you Alaska trip.
I’m wondering if you’d share what camera you’re using to zoom in to all those great shots?
Sony FDR AX53
Beautiful, beautiful scenic video. But please use hiking poles so you don't fall and get a head injury.
