Girl, just a little hint: if you feel like it, try rearranging your wardrobe not just by item, but color as well! I suggest hanging things from light to dark, that way it’s visually more appealing and easier to find a certain item. Also prevents from unnecessary purchases (aka 7 white blouses and 4 similar black t-shirts) 🧥👖
Carrie, I found a pair of plus size, high waisted, wide leg jeans at Walmart! They are fitted in the waist, the crotch doesn’t bunch on me and my butt looks cute! They are the comfiest jeans I’ve worn in a loonnnngggg time! They are the ELOQUII Elements wide leg jean. As soon as I tried them on I was like Carrie needs to try these! I normally don’t do a lot of shopping at Walmart, but I couldn’t find what I was looking for in my size (18) anywhere else.
The AC/DC shirt will look great with a lacy black bralette and those plaid pants you have (the grandpa ones that are brown, yellow and orange) for fall.
I was the same way with skinny jeans. I was obsessed, it was all I would wear. Then I gained a little weight and none of them fit anymore so I started wearing different jeans and now even though I've lost the weight and my skinny jeans fit again I just can't stand to wear them anymore. They feel so restricting around the knees and ankles now. I just don't feel comfortable in them anymore.
I wish I had a closet!😫 And haven't been living out of a suitcase, laundry basket, and 3 of those re-useable Ross shopping bags, for the past 6 months! 😩 ...lmao 😂

In my experience, a 1X tends to be slightly bigger than an XL (maybe 1/8-1/4 size depending on the brand). I could be mistaken but this is what I’ve found while shopping new.

I gained like 30 lbs and I worked an essential job so my life was pretty much normal (most stores here don’t offer delivery and there’s limited access to grocery delivery services here)

You should consider doing a video on one week of wearing the thing's in your closet that you haven't worn/cant figuer out how to style. That could help you cleaning it out more.

There's this cool decluttering tip. Keep a bag in you closet so if you hate something in the moment stick it in the bag then when it's full donate the whole bag
