Remember, Egypt was invaded and a lot of their history and language/tales were retold because some of the gods had similar names to Geeek gods. So isis kemetic name is Ausset? Or auset… one of those. Set was changed to Seth, and so forth.
Well to be fair, a lot of what have been written down and known by archeologists was rewritten by greacoromans, many names were spelled a little but different, the romans had a habit of comparing their gods to other religions pantheon, the egyptian gods were afraid of a mad god/demigod so they went into hidsig for a few years and thats how egyptians got their gods (at least according to some greek sources)

It's not uncommon actually in many myths. Chronus, Zeus and Amaterasu married their siblings, Horus' dad Osiris married his cousin/ sister Isis. Only in Hindu/ Indian myth and Anunnaki/ mesopotamian myths marriage between siblings is heavily criticized even for the Gods ( with the exception of Brahma who married his female clone Saraswati).
