I think i can feel the hype and would be keen to get this ship as a one off since i dont have any of the other ones , will have to drop Santa some hints lol.
Not happy with the base tho , having that cardboard middle is stupid and who ever ticked the box to say its fine needs their head read as it lets down the quality overall .
Mean review Dave , i liked how you picked up on thruster colour and the wow energy given for the details of this mold .
Dude I fully agree with what you said about the base!! Im thinking maybe 3d print my own bases when i get my life together lol. Im glad you enjoyed the video man! Trust me this was probably one of the hardest reviews I ever done. Think I had over 100 takes, tons of photos, and even used voice overs too. lol
I don't play the game I just bought this as a display piece it reminds me of a movie minature

Hell Yeah the DETAIL IS AMAZING and I LOVE YOUR ARMADA VIDS I thanks to you and Crabbok i realy want to play this with the family and my first ship will be the SSD although the postage price is too much for me and my budget (plus tax) on the FFG website so i live in NSW Australia so in have Frountline Hobbies to thank for this ship

hay man grate review i love this thing i mite get it for my self even thou no one play Armada but i think it's worth it, also will you get the ship for the new Republic FFG announced or the siege ship for the empire/new order?
PS. i love the hot wheels ISD sines it's closer to 1 on 1 size with SSD in canon, you should read on the battle of Jakku where 7 ISD 's had to cover one side a SSD and where the new Republic ship appears for the first time.
Hey AbyRemy thank you for watching, and the comment! Yes I will be getting the two new ships. You right the HW isd is almost exactly to scale its pretty cool! Yea I def have to read all the aftermath books and other media.
That is just incredible. Such a damn shame that absolutely none of the big model kit companies have EVER done a Super Star Destroyer. Bandai finally is coming out with one, but I believe its not even 5 inches.
I also took note there was no big models too. I love models but I can't paint for crap haha I need an airbrush. What 5 inches lol. Thank you for watching!
@@ThePointsofArticulation The only thing I am not a fan of with these Armada ships is the deep panel lines, especially on a ship of this scale. The panel line would be like a canyon right?
Yea just about haha. If my memory is right I think the actually model had tons on fine cut lines on the ships main hull with little raised parts. The ships over 19,000 meters 11 miles long I believe if my conversion is good so your on point lol
Bandai's SSD is about 7 inches, but still small

Jordans thank you for watching, and leaving a comment. I tried to review star trek ships in the past and sadly no buddy really watches them much. I do have almost the whole collection I been a subscriber for years haha, I am a huge fan, and can talk about them for days. I will think about it though!!!! (maybe I can do the specials) I just reviewed normal issues 1-2 just to get my feet wet. If your interested check out my playlist with them and let me know if they are good.

You don’t have to be good at painting cause you can just put base coat on it and it will be fine

It's pricy, but seriously, where else are you going to get this size and detail? I can assemble models pretty well, but I suck at painting for the most part. The only thing that I am unhappy about is the stand. I don't play the game and regardless, it's a cheap, flimsy looking stand.
Dude I have the same issue I suck at painting aswell! I agree the stands are iffy at best. What I dont like is if you dont put that cardboard token on the base it is even more wobbly. If I could I would 3d print a base for these ships.
@@ThePointsofArticulation I got mine last night and I am very pleased. Again, it's pricey, but it's worth it. No offense to your (or anyone else's) video, but this model is WAY more impressive in person. The detail is insane. Every nook & cranny is filled in. The plastic feels sturdy and the wash is perfect. Even if you don't play the game, this is a great item to own if you are a fan of the ship.
The armada ssd be gangsta till they make a wing squadrons

Dude I had a very hard time filming this thing for all of you, so if there are segments that are not as clear I apologize. I usually review things that are 3-6 inches long, this is over 23 inches long. been filming this all week to the point it was stressing me out.

when I was watching it on my phone it was low quality and the max was 360p and I'm now watching it on my computer and it can go up to like 1080p
