I hear absolutely everywhere too never to use rough country suspension parts. Like all over the internet everywhere around where I live in upstate New York, everyone says stay far away from the rough country suspension.
@camwiththeram535 I'm looking to lift my 2014 Ram 1500 rwd 4" to 4 .5 " i tried to get the Rough Country 4" lift but i have 2 piece driveshaft and that lift states it will not work so i found maxtrac 4.5"/3" lift kit and it has the option to add the carrier bearing spacer kit in the order
I had the same issue with a 4 inch rough country. They sent me a 6inch and it didn't change so i had my 35s checked out and ended up being it. Sent them back and they sent me 37s coopers which I asked for 35s. Installed the 37s and it runs like stock. I can now drive past 50mph with no vibration.
And that was my thought but my lift was falling apart the bushing where coming apart on the shocks and parts where squeaking and popping even after I tightened it all down correctly and so I just gave up
@@camwiththeram535 sorry to hear that brother. I've only had mine for 6 months and has about 15k miles. I love the truck and allot of complements but I might be trading it in soon for ram 2500. Kinda miss that Cummins.
You can fit 35’s with no suspension mods whatsoever. Get a set of stock steel wheels and 35x10.50x17’s. They’ll tuck inside the wheel well so you don’t spray gravel down the sides of your truck.
Great video and an honest review. Just bought a 21/2wd Warlock and was thinking about doing the lift, however after watch ur video I've changed my mind. I wonder if a small lift, like 2" would cause the same issues. Thanks 4 posting
Sorry to hear about the lift kit. Did you have the link to the bilstein shocks? I’ve been wanting to level my warlock since I bought it. Keep up the videos!
Maybe I missed it in the video, but upon doing research with these drive shafts, someone said that they had to add maxtrac carrier bearing lowering kit to fix that problem. Obviously I haven’t done it, but it’s just what I came across
@@camwiththeram535 worse comes to worse I’ll have to take them out. I just put them in the other day and so far no issues but I haven’t left pavement yet
Hello from Canton Georgia
I hear absolutely everywhere too never to use rough country suspension parts. Like all over the internet everywhere around where I live in upstate New York, everyone says stay far away from the rough country suspension.
Rough country is not bad at all
I wonder if your issue was the " Death Wabble "
Bad tires
@camwiththeram535 that's what cause your vibration problem ? If so then you went through all that problem of removing the lift kit for nothing
Pretty much and I changed over to the macrrax lift

I did the 7in with the control arms as well and was very happy
I wonder if adding adjustable rear upper and lower control arms would've chased that vibe demon out of your rear end?

If you get time message me on Instagram and send me pics of your truck

@@camwiththeram535 just sent you photo's on Instagram.
I got a 6.5” lift from maxtrac and I have know issues what so ever. No vibration or anything and mine is a 2wd warlock.

I did the maxtrac lift and had no issues
@@camwiththeram535 thanks
Will check it out 🍺
I thought 2wd warlock don’t have a factory lift, only 4WD models.

Other then the website I don’t but to be honest I don’t think they lifted it at all
Well damn

I have a video on that
Lol I’ll start going through the rest.
I hate compressing coil spring
So can you level and still run 35s on a warlock
I have a 2019 ram warlock 2wd.
I just bought a 2wd warlock. Do you think I’ll have the same issues if I just used spacers? 3 inch in the front and 1.5 inches in the read
Big things coming if you can hold out for maybe a week or so
@@camwiththeram535 worse comes to worse I’ll have to take them out. I just put them in the other day and so far no issues but I haven’t left pavement yet
Be careful with those spacers in the front
Safety reasons? Now I’m wishing I would’ve just sucked it up and got the 4wd but I live in Vegas and no need for it.
Yea that 3in spacer in the front I tried I have a video on that coming up and why not to do it
How is the ride quality for the front bilstein 5100?
Honestly I can’t tell a difference from stock
