ZJK channal is practical method when u know how to do a good forehand backhand flick block loop. u will use this practise and improve over all in game such as when to exert force . (loop up first then force when opponent defend ) how to loop more stable (wait for the ball drop first ) that is ZJK channal teach you . this is very useful and helpful for me.
