A lone allo should not be hunting dip. The small baby dips are simply not enough to satisfy the allos hunger. It would make more sense to go for camptosaurus or dryo instead of dip.
I tried watching this series yesterday and just had to stop. It never fails on shows like these that the don't show what people want to see, and the ones that they do want to see like the T-Rex only gets maybe two minutes of screen time. Not only that but the entire series spends more time on present day animals and insects than it does in the past. Not a good series in my opinion.
This entire series feels like a disordered, dumbed down, reductive and inaccuracy filled version of Prehistoric Planet. A waste of time and money and an insult to biologists everywhere.
“What’s up guys, Big Al the allosaurus here and today we’re reacting to life on our planet-“ *allosaurus shows up, allosaurus had clearly never seen such-*
This is such a mixed bag. The design of the Allo is okay, like 5/10, but the mannerisms, the way it cocks it's head and quickly adjusts it's neck position like modern birds is just 🤌 they really should have let this sit more.
There’s just so much we will never know about these beasts. Like finding that hadrosaurs and the like had hooves is amazing! I wouldn’t be surprised is they also had some fur similar to a Wildebeest. If only we had a full tissue specimen of some dinosaurs. we wouldn’t be putting out totally inaccurate information based on thought and running with it. Like who tf said the Antilodont was a carnivore? Nothing on hooves is predatory. Maybe aggressive but certainly not running prey down. It was just a huge pig.
Why do the diplodocus have the Jurassic world apatosaurus head… And that allosaurus looks very similar to the Jurassic world dominion allo. Idk if it’s the colour or the head shape but it just looks oddly similar
the number of idiots who say "yeah uh it's jw's allosaurus and it's ugly because it's not precise" dismays me lol, to begin with, even if it's a documentary, it's free to modify the appearance of the dinosaur with an artistic touch without being too distorted, and the one in the documentary is magnificent, it is without a doubt my favorite allosaurus design, another fact that I like about this design is the colors and the osteoderm, the allosaurus palette is perfect and here's why the mixture of beige-orange with the contrast of dark gray and a magnificent rendering that is both colorful but not too much, undoubtedly inspired by the monitor lizard moreover the osteoderms are incredible, many complain about it because according to them it is not precise but nothing proves that the allosaurus did not have its osteoderm, for example, we believed for a moment that the carnotaurus had skin thin, but with a fossil footprint, Carno was learned to have rough skin filled with osteoderm, making JW's carnotaurus quite accurate also many have not noticed it but the presence of the osteoderm and the beige and black color and here quite important, at 00:22 we can notice that the presence of the osteoderm and this color not very saturated and intended to camouflage itself against the trunk of conifers at night or during the day, which is much more realistic than a colorful and extremely saturated allosaurus as some idiots think in short, apart from the strange neck position but directly inspired by the monitor lizard, this allosaurus design is a 200/10
It's a documentery not a movie, this kind of distortion of reality is unacceptable. Also the osteoderms aren't 'amazing' they're moronic, carnotaurus had osteoderms because it was a ceratosaurian (the only late surviving saurischian's to have them). Last I checked allosaurus wasn't a fucking ceratosaurian. You calling people 'idiots' over a more saturated colour scheme is really something, tigers have a saturated colour scheme and blend in often perfectly. This allosaurus is a 2/10 at best, ffs it looks like it designed in 1908

The only episode I watched and they gave the dinosaurs such little screen time
Gave you ancient and cursed things that were in the future and now you’re just like the old man in your head who is now spiritual and antidote the pain and pain
i was so sad when i saw this allosaurus. Cause its my favorite dinosaur and they just basically copied Dominion's design which is everything but good or paleoaccurate. What a hell are those osteoderms and rough skin.
shit, I mean, personally I love the design, but if I saw a triceratops (my favorite dinosaur) modified like this alosaurus, I would have loved it
but for a documentary is not the best choice to make it just like Jurassic World

You see, you don't have to kill anything to be scary. And for all its flaws (because some people complained online ofc), this series has some awesome cinematography.
The allosaurus design reminds of the one from Jurassic World Battle at Big Rock.
Just with lips
Ok, as much that the documentary series was not as accurate and mixed reviews (in other words, sucks), the cinematography aren't bad...but the Allosaurus...ok, now that creature made this documentary scary, and I'll give that an A to the series.
0:19, Heeeere's ALLO !!!!
I’m so glad they didn’t give this all feathers, I don’t believe that every predatory dinosaur needs to be depicted with feathers anyways.
They had the perfect chance to design a modern up to date awesome allosaurus but nah they used a goofy ass Jurassic world design💀
Pretty allosaurus
The allosaurus looks like it got the jurassic world battle at big rock colors.
Great scene
Kinds looks like the one from battle at big rock
A lone allo should not be hunting dip. The small baby dips are simply not enough to satisfy the allos hunger. It would make more sense to go for camptosaurus or dryo instead of dip.
Why this Allosaurus looks so much like Jurassic World's Allosaurus
This literally looks like a more accurate version of a jurassic world juvenile allosaurus
I like how it looks like jurrasic world allosaurus
I tried watching this series yesterday and just had to stop. It never fails on shows like these that the don't show what people want to see, and the ones that they do want to see like the T-Rex only gets maybe two minutes of screen time. Not only that but the entire series spends more time on present day animals and insects than it does in the past. Not a good series in my opinion.
This entire series feels like a disordered, dumbed down, reductive and inaccuracy filled version of Prehistoric Planet.
A waste of time and money and an insult to biologists everywhere.
I love allo man
“What’s up guys, Big Al the allosaurus here and today we’re reacting to life on our planet-“ *allosaurus shows up, allosaurus had clearly never seen such-*
The head of the allosaurus looks just like the one from Jurassic world Dominion. Well that’s what I see
I don’t know why I like the allosaurus squaring up to the diplodocus
Allosaurus, The Top Predator of Late Jurassic North America.
It wasn't
@@birdsaregovernmentspies8964yea. Bro had to compete with torvosaurus and saurophagenax (did I spell it right)
Wish it had more screentime
it looks soo much lijke the jurassic world dominion allo
ah yes, the allousorus will make quick work of the bebeh
The design of allosaurus is pretty similar to the jurrasic world version
Tem mais tempo de tela que o Allosaurus de Fallen Kingdom e Dominion juntos
Just like a baby deer hiding in the brush. Looks like that’s what they based it off of.
This is such a mixed bag. The design of the Allo is okay, like 5/10, but the mannerisms, the way it cocks it's head and quickly adjusts it's neck position like modern birds is just 🤌 they really should have let this sit more.
Tengo sentimientos encontrados con este Allosaurus
Most therapods had no ostioderms
Cool. But the Allosaurus head here looks so derpy.
Looks like Juvenile allosaurus from Jurassic world fallen kingdom
The Allosaurus needs smooth skin and be a little bit more chubby then its tolerable
Early days of the Dinosaurs reighn? Literally just about dead centre xD
It was just a huge pig.
it looks like the jurassic world allosaurus ngl
This allo actually looks like the jw allo
I feel like the allosaurus in LIOP is a bit based on the allosaurus in BaBR
That allosaurus looks like from jurassic World
Why do the diplodocus have the Jurassic world apatosaurus head…
And that allosaurus looks very similar to the Jurassic world dominion allo. Idk if it’s the colour or the head shape but it just looks oddly similar
Cool
The allosaurus looks like the one from jurassic world

Jw Battle at big rock allosaurus is way more terrify-
....
the number of idiots who say "yeah uh it's jw's allosaurus and it's ugly because it's not precise" dismays me lol, to begin with, even if it's a documentary, it's free to modify the appearance of the dinosaur with an artistic touch without being too distorted, and the one in the documentary is magnificent, it is without a doubt my favorite allosaurus design, another fact that I like about this design is the colors and the osteoderm, the allosaurus palette is perfect and here's why
the mixture of beige-orange with the contrast of dark gray and a magnificent rendering that is both colorful but not too much, undoubtedly inspired by the monitor lizard
moreover the osteoderms are incredible, many complain about it because according to them it is not precise but nothing proves that the allosaurus did not have its osteoderm, for example, we believed for a moment that the carnotaurus had skin thin, but with a fossil footprint, Carno was learned to have rough skin filled with osteoderm, making JW's carnotaurus quite accurate
also many have not noticed it but the presence of the osteoderm and the beige and black color and here quite important, at 00:22 we can notice that the presence of the osteoderm and this color not very saturated and intended to camouflage itself against the trunk of conifers at night or during the day, which is much more realistic than a colorful and extremely saturated allosaurus as some idiots think
in short, apart from the strange neck position but directly inspired by the monitor lizard, this allosaurus design is a 200/10
It's a documentery not a movie, this kind of distortion of reality is unacceptable. This allosaurus is a 2/10 at best, ffs it looks like it designed in 1908
Wrote an entire essay just for 2 people to care…
skill issue.
@@hime8091 huh what
@@birdsaregovernmentspies8964 only my opinion Bro
Is the allosaurus from jurassic world battle at big rock 😂😂😂
They look like Jurassic World Apatosaurs, Spielberg is really lazy these days uh
Spielberg didn't do anything just produce it
He didn't directed or do the cgi
ea, but not only the diplodocus is re-used, the allosaurus also is and the triceratops too
Oh, leave Spielberg alone.
0:00 - 0:12 the only scene that I like of this Allosaurus
The series fucking slaps!
The allosaurus looks like batte at big rock
You got to be kidding me, they think an allosaurus hunts adult diplodocus BRUH if anything maybe it would go after juveniles
Why isnt the allosaurus in a pack?
I wish the dinosaurs had less spikey designs, takes away from the realism. The documentary is decent, but it could be much better.
It looks like a Jurassic world dominion allosaursus up close at least
Is that Morgen Freeman?
Yes
Dinosaures could NOT flex thier fingers like mammals do today. Just try to flex chiken's wing and see what would happen to it.
Hold up why he looks like Jurassic World allosaurus
Allosaurus has never seen such bs before
Soy el unico que noto que este allosaurus es el mismo que el de Jurassic world
Nope, muchos ya se dieron cuenta de ello
