My draft that I was set on for weeks before gw1 scored 96 points but on Friday after consuming a lot of content I changed my draft and ended up scoring 63. This is all your fault and all the other content creators too!! How dare you make me..... wait?! What's that?! I have my own mind?! I can make my own decisions?! Who'd of thunk it

TAA Cancelo James Zinchenko
Salah Kulu Martinelli Bailey
Jesus Haaland. I was of the mindset double City defence, zinchenko great option Kulu for gw1 and then move him on in gw2 for the best 8m option and Haaland over Kane since I cover spurs with kulu
Then after consuming so much content I ended up with the mindset, I want triple Liverpool, if/when Tierney comes back will Zinchenko still be a good option and prem proven kane over Haaland. So I moved Cancelo to Robbo and Zinchenko to Walker for double City and Liverpool defence. Also did Haaland to Kane and then thought I want City attack for gw2 but who so thought I'll watch gw1 and see if I move kulu to foden or kane to haaland for gw2 but then Richarlison is back gw2 so I could be forced to transfer kulu and then can't get to Haaland. So moved kulu to Mount. I hadn't even considered Mount all preseason so dunno how he ended up in my team lol
So now I'm left with:
Ederson
Taa robbo walker James
Salah Mount martinelli Bailey
Jesus kane
That team scored 63, 33 points less, and I had to move on Haaland early to avoid the price rise. I don't know how I ended up with the plan to make a transfer to a city attacker since all summer I wanted and planned for rolling the transfer in gw2.

@@saucynugget9060 I had kulu because I knew he was a super differential, what killed me was choosing Kane over Haaland with the expectation of a spurs double up vs Southampton would've given me a significant boost and advantage, 4 goals with Kane not involved 🤦🏻♂️, so ended up on 68pts .
Followed my original idea of Kane in GW1 then switch to Haaland. Did it last night so avoided the price rise

I think what you are doing is great. I think you give great insight and educate me more in picking players according to FPL. I definitely don’t look at all content creators in making us pick players.

I have the worst start to the season ever despite scoring decent 60 points, which is a result I would like to keep for future game weeks. Crazy high scoring start of the season :)

You are spot on here - the whole idea of watching content is for me to make my own informed decision based around the data points I now have - copying someone else’s team is poor and a terrible response to you too.

Love the thoughts on Perisic. I’m just worried about the quality of the wingbacks at Spurs. Bother Sess and Royal have had a strong enough start to be benching headaches for Conte. With this in mind will we see a wingback roulette?

I only 62 when my bro 81 should I be worried it cause I got halland game 2 but had Kane 1 but it was 50-50 but will I catch up 19 points ? My team trent Robertson cancelo James ramsdale / salah Bailey Neto martinelli / Jesus halland / u can guess bench but it’s ward Andrea’s neco and greenwood
Forget those people. You're awesome, full of advice and things to consider. Last week you said people shouldn't just copy you for this reason very reason. You're my favorite fpl content creater, keep the videos coming, don't mind the fools.
Don't apologise. Some great advice preseason. Helped me make sense of things. Theres not a single person that thought haaland would out score kane gw1. You would be mad to think it.

Well I chose Haaland, and Kulusevski as Spurs-cover because I didn’t want to book the transfer for gw2. So I hopefully could have 2 Free transfer b4 gw3. I knew Kane could Get more points, so it was a gamble. And it paid off. Next time my gamble doesn’t pay off and so it continues
For what rational would you think Haaland would out score Kane for gw1?

And I am Norwegian, and have followed Haaland and knows what he can do, and what he can do in his debuts.. was a bit Of a gamble, so I guess the rationale was his high potensial, plus I had Kulu for potential involvements in Kanes potential Hosle I suppose. Wanted an 8mill Midfielder, and ended up with Kulu

Absolute agree there, you give an insight and your input, at the end of the day it’s your individual team and you should play it to have fun with it. I was gutted that I picked Kane over Harland, but it was my decision and I live by it, did I transfer Harland in for Kane? Absolutely 😂

67 with Kane, im happy with that! It could easily have been a kane hattrick and a Haaland who went Werner on City. It was always a 50-50 bet.
Halaand is now the focal point of the best scoring team in the league. While Spurs have built a team and strengthened, thus Spurs are not over reliant on Kane to score every game.
I change to Haaland after watching him in PL off course 😜 but there was doubts before the debute! Other players from Other ligues have failed in PL before.

All you have to do is... listen to what Dan is saying & take out of it what you like & what you don't like, dismiss it & make your own decisions!
I truely feel like kneejerking Haaland in before the price change is worthwhil. Would normally wait to the last hour of the deadline but this is an exception
People copying content creators week to week and then getting shitty when they don’t come off should be banned. Loved how Andy didn’t release all his team in his final video. I’d love to see all the top creators doing the same thing. The salty tears of all those players whinging about it were delicious.

I’m starting to get concerned for Man Uniteds home game against Liverpool as it’s their only home game for the next few weeks and there’s talks that fans could potentially try and stop the match from being played as a part of the Glazers out protest

Made my transfer before the price rise/fall last night. Already had Haaland; moved from Kane to Darwin as my 3rd LIV. Didn’t want to lose 0.1 team value, and wanted to attack LIV (H) fixture. 8/10 decision?

Team was below average for GW1, but it was built for GW2 to ball out, also saves .5m in the bank, so for GW3, I’ll be switching Trippier to Zinchenko

Put all man city defense.. u can get Walker, Ake( with no laporte) , dias for cheap price. Its very difficult for teams to score more than 1 goal against PEP G. They will score an average of 5 points for sure.
Don't let the team copying haters bother you for a second mate. If people don't realise that content creators are just offering information, data and above all, their opinions on what they think and what they will do with their own teams then that is their problem. I can't imagine why anyone would bother creating accounts just to copy someone else's team every week as the whole point of the game is to make your own decisions, take risks and hopefully get some great rewards.
Anyway, most of those clowns will be gone in a few weeks anyway and the rest of us can settle in and enjoy the new season and hope for decisions to pay off. Keep doing what you are doing mate and good luck for GW2 (except for Kane if you keep him because I kneejerked him out! 😉)
It is amazing how some managers can’t make their own decisions and copy other peoples team then blame them when it goes wrong. Like copying homework at school. It is your team so make your own decisions.
Had to wildcards Kane for Haaland as no money in the bank which was another mistake didn’t realise prices would change after one bloody game ffs! Oh well got a squad I’m happy with and money in the bank… Kane can do what he wants I’ve got Salah, Haaland which I will be main captains depending on who has easier fixtures and Arsenal Triple threat and a solid attacking defence!

I'll be honest I was a bit annoyed at content providers such as yourself advising that Kane is a better choice than Haaland. But I do take ownership of my choice for sure. I carried away by looking at pre season stats and even made him captain which was a double whammy. 15/20 points is not too far behind though so it's all to play for.

I also have him and considering Walker or Dier for clean sheets and minutes. Tripper has some tough fixtures coming up but also could be a good option for minutes and the odd goal/assist. I can’t bring in Zinchenko cuz I have 3 gunners and think he may be dropped for Tierney soon anyway. Maybe he’ll get some minutes in midfield next to Partey tho idk.
I’d also follow @FPLPriceChanges on Twitter so you can get ahead of price drops and maybe sell right before they happen to not get screwed if you are trying to sell a player anyway

I went Jesus to Mitrovich to gain his price increases on Sunday.
Jesus has much better fixtures than Mitrovic in the next 4 (with 3 home games), is a better player, and plays for a better team, is that worth the 0.1 team value?
Do wildcard strategy, its not fair!
Put Salah, Kane, ward prowse, zaha, saka, mitrovich etc - all of them are penalty takers for their team and have good probability of scoring because of so much VAR in place nowadays.

Why we are not looking at Welback as I think he played well and even if he doesn’t score I am confident he will be involved in so many goals. I just don’t here many people even mentioning him . Am I missing something?
There's just more value in the midfield eg. Martinelli, Neto, Rashford, JWP. Also Jesus and Haaland/ Kane is a good forward line with a 4.5 bench
saw the city game, switch Kane to Haaland right after.
had to move Perisic to bench after seeing sessegnon score game 1 and Peri only getting 24 minutes.
brought Andreas in to midfield. moving to a 4 4 2 formation as of to 5 3 2 formation of GW1 .

dewsbury hall, but has bad fixtures. Almiron, but the same issue. I would pick Elliot, Thiago has an injury and the liverpool midfield doesnt have a lot of depth, also he is a regular sub? Milner might be the starter to replace him

- GW2 transfer: Mendy IN, Ramsdale OUT, so I can bring Zinchenko for GW3 against Bournemouth, and transfer out Trippier, since in GW3 he plays against Man City.
- Then collect 2 free transfers and transfer Bailey OUT for GW5 against Arsenal away.. And bring IN Rodrigo against Everton (if I have that 0.1 or 0.2 or 0.3 extra in the bank) or Aaronson, maybe Eze against Brentford. It's too far away to know now.
GW2: CAPTAIN: Haaland
Mendy can have a clean sheet against Spurs, it's worth the risk since Chelsea has decent fixtures until GW8. I will play Wildcard for GW9 after the International break.

77 points but still got rid of James after the week had finished. Much prefer Chilwell. Don't need nunez or haaland. Allison's, Mendy. Like to have a choice. Cancelo, Trent, Chilwell, Perisic, Zinchenko, Mount, Salah, Kulusevski, Saka and Jesus up front. Simple team that get u points. Simples.
