Wassup Brian. Is there a school or anything on how to make premium food boba drinks? I live in a small mountain town, not really wanting to pay royalty fees to a franchise.
Hello boss how are you
can you give me your WhatsApp number please
Awesome content! I love the transparency, the numbers shared if you had to build out/didn't have an existing F&B location, and even mentioning your top selling item sales. Thank you for being open to sharing and putting out videos like this. I hope to see more of your business features!

Hey! Thank you for the great insights. Im about to open mine in Santa maria, ca. I do have a few questions regarding overhead costs and cost per cup and do you know what the cost of goods sold is per month? im trying to get a small business loan cause its a completely new buildout, but they need some real numbers on successful other boba businesses. Thanks again
Happy to help. Can you reach out to me oN my IG? MrBrianTran.
How many customers do you get in a week on an average?
Gosh, this is such insightful stuff. I’m thinking of opening a boba spot right in a university campus. Please tell me what you think the downsides would be
there's not much downside, if you have the right business plan in place. that location seems to be a winner. stay tuned im releasing a full blue print for the boba shop on thursday!
@@Mr.BrianTran hello! Please did you eventually release the blueprint ?
yess sir! check out pinned comment or my recent uploads @@oshiokeasada9161
Were there any obstacles in the software used to operate the shop? Anything that can be improved productivity wise?
nothing too crazy, hardest part is hiring good hard working individuals who share the culture of the brand!
Excellent advise, I do have questions for you if you don't mind? I am thinking about starting a Boba Shop very soon, question is how do I find over sea companies for supplies purchasing like cups, lids, different types of tea flavors, everything needed to start a Boba Shop. I know purchasing online here in the States I will be dealing with the middle guys who already alter the price to make a profit any ideas?. Please, advise! Thanks
Feel free to reach out on ig @mr.briantran
ill answer any questions
How would someone with no knowledge in business build a boba tea shop from a pre-existing cafe? Would you advise getting a mentor who has business experience to aid and advise along thr way? Lastly, where would someone find a mentor willing to give their time in order to help?
Great questions. The simplest answer I can give without writing a HUGE essay would be to start small. Maybe not a store which requires a lot of money. I would consider doing pop ups at your farmers market or catering events. Finding a mentor in these kind of business is easy, you can just start out by working for a boba shop and learning the systems and processes.
Are you referring to Larry June the rapper?
yesssiiirrr
im about to open a bobba shop and i have a construction company so i be building the place even do i only have 40k to spend on it, do you think is doable? also what would be your best advice on it, since this be my first time owning a shop and the lease is 4k a month
You'll be able to save on the labor but the materials and machinery is a set cost. How much do of a buildout do you have to do? and did you negotiate any free rent?
Where you get the cups from I love to buy some for mine
I go through a local supplier who sources it from Taiwan. I can connect you guys. I'm located in the Bay area, now sure where you are.
I’m in South Carolina
How does one even go abt getting the finaces for this? i barely have anything after my bills and whatnot. I dont have any credit, collateral, or connections w ppl who have the money/know-how.
If you don’t have access to credit and all those other things, you gotta work and save up. Start building your credit. It won’t happen over night but it shouldn’t take too long.
Wheres the best place to buy boba supplies
depending on where you are. There are distributors that sell Boba. Possmei and Fanale are the two big suppliers in the Bay area.
I need your help getting started
reach out on ig!
Hi! I would like to open one in Brazil. I have never owned a cha place before though, is there a way we could talk about business and have some time of mentoring for my business?
Go for Bubble Mix in Brazil and get a franchise
