- This is what I did to fix the issue i was having on my HP Notebook. I just wanted to show you guys what I did. This is not a guarantee fix. This just worked for me and I wanted to share. I will not be answering any questions only because I am not a Certified Tech by any means. I just happen to find the right combination. It took me 3 days and I couldn't find a fix. I searched the web and TH-cam. Still nothing after 3 days. I put it it away for a couple of days and came back to it and boom I fixed my issue. Hopefully this helps you change your public to private network as well as help you fix your limited or no connection.

Hey bro. When i disabled my ethernet and want to enable it again. It's still same no connection i tried click enabled again and again but not working. do u know the solution? Thanks
Did you ever get it fixed? I wish I could help but I can't remember that far back. I ended up buy a Mac and never looked back. I just got tired of windows always letting me down.i bought an older 2013 MacBook pro retina display for under $500 on swappa a few years ago. Best of luck to you my friend.

What is the driver u downloaded pls
this is the link to where you download the Realtek driver. Well this is where i got it from.

then i went down to win8, wind8.1 and server 2012 auto installation. i clicked "Global" and it downloaded.

mikets234 playz it's called wifi dude. In this video I talk about how my Ethernet port wasn't working correctly on my laptop. Obviously laptops have wifi. That's how I downloaded the file. Even if I didn't have wifi, you can still download the file onto a USB drive from another computer and load it onto the computer with no internet access. I really don't think you fully thought everything through before you replied so Don't claim something's fake just because you don't understand. Next time just ask " how did you download the file without internet?".
