Starting loan balance and term - $1,200,000 to be paid over 8 years at 3.5%
Monthly payment - $15,000 (approx)
I am starting with a farm and some land and also approx $150K in cash that I had from Ireland.
Leasing - allowed
Fermenting silos are forbidden in this region.
If a production exists on the map it must be bought and activated before I can consider putting up a production. If I sell the map production, I must get rid of my placed production.
If a sell point exist on the map I may not add an additional sell point.
No super strength.
Autoload can be used for productions only, not for picking up bales or trees.

Every bailing contract, always will have some left-over that you can keep for you.
How you got some "contracts" and all of it was to be delivered at the same point, the "left-over" from the first contract was counted to the next one.
That's why you have so many bales at the end.
and all contracts were done in sequence.
If the delivered point was different...this glitch will not happened.
Usualy, baling contract gives a lot as "left-over". Very profitable.
Hint- when it is for hay bales, you can delivered what the contract ask for it...and the left-over, you can make silage or hay...or grass.
Yeah, that worked out pretty well… Looking forward to grabbing another handful of them before the next episode starts… Will be able to afford a decent Seed and hopefully pay off that lease.

I really enjoyed that. It was very cool to see more of the map. That mountain pasture area sure was a rugged drive. Any fertilising contracts available on the map? They can be quite speedy to do.
I’m praying for some fertilizing contracts, lol. Nothing yet…

If I were you I would buy some ready to milk cows and start tmr... so you would get more for your milk then for silage alone...
You’re right about the cows….Iwas thinking about getting a few but the store won’t deliver so I’ll need to get a trailer still….

Ha, thanks for asking 😀 Race weekend for my kids and unfortunately my 10 year old broke his leg yesterday so we’re in surgery at a hospital 6 hours from home…definitely going to be a bit of time before any new content gets made 👍
