    I appreciate you getting directly to the nitty gritty of demonstrating these airguns, and NOT wasting a whole lot of time blabbering about other crap like a lot of other channels do!💖👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍

    How is semi-auto mode? Seen a few videos with people having issues with constant jams. Really like this one

    Nice hunting power and consistency. Will you test the sniper next? The sniper in 25 is the one I would want if I buy one but it doesn't appear to be tested anywhere.

    What’s your opinion? I purchased the scope Discovery LHD-NV
    4-16X44SFIR SFO for my PCP high-powered pellet rifle. 1,100 FPS and 70 FPE.
    I spoke to some experts and they told me that if I am exclusively focusing on marksmanship/target, shooting with my pellet rifle to a my maximum distance of 300 yards and maybe 400 yards if possible that I should exchange my scope for the first focal plane Discovery model which is Discovery optics LHD 3-12X42SFIR FFP. A minority of people told me that it’s a personal choice.

    Question on that hook and release lever that holds the bolt open. There is a front hook position that holds bolt open, then there is straight down marked release that releases the bolt. There is another unmarked position to the rear. What is that? I had trouble using it in straight down and moving to the rear position seemed to make it work.

    Hi ! Thank you for your video. I would like to know if you know how to adjust the regulator. Mine is set to 130 bar and I would like to increase it. Thanks

      If you haven't got this answer yet, I've seen from another video that when seeing it to 160 bar, it was pretty accurate at 25/50 yards. I don't recall the ammo but I think it was jsb.

      Same 👍

    • @pcpguy9762

      YES they are less if you rapid fire! Anything less than 4-5 seconds between shots

    • @pcpguy9762
      @pcpguy9762 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Alex Deviation on what? What does tight or loose mean? Sorry I don't understand the question. Regulation in fact does offer consistency. That is something not needed in this gun. Plus you loose fps in semi auto rapid fire. I understand it's adjustable.

    • @pcpguy9762
      @pcpguy9762 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Alex I know all that. I asked deviation ON WHAT as in what gun? Sorry if I wasn't clear. Not needed has nothing to do with semi auto. It has to do with the fact this is far from a precision air rifle. So the regulation such as it is(20 fps extreme spread) on this short barreled gun serves no purpose. It will never be a sub moa bench gun. Now back to semi auto. Where as there could be a precision semi auto gun and there are. Most people use semi auto for other kinds of shooting than precise long range shooting. AEA is responding to people who don't know what their talking about constantly requesting EVERY SINGLE AIRGUN BE REGULATED. The HP assassin was just as consistent in the middle 2-3 mags of it's HUGE shot string as this gun is. Even more so when you factor in the large loss of fps if one doesn't wait 5 seconds between shots on the SF. The reg costs more, weighs more and has the afore mentioned problem of loss of power. The thing I don't like to bring up is some people use these guns for protection. Why would you want to lose power? Why would you want a less balanced(weight of plenum and reg upfront) gun? Hope that helps

    Could you set the chronograph 100' ft from the barrel so we can see what the fpe and fps are ...I'm not going to be shooting any thing 1' from the barrel...the closest I will shooting would be for self defence at at least 20' or less ...most animals 60 / 100 ft I would like to see numbers at the target .. 50fpe at the barrel might not be that at the target it may be 9fpe who knows till you make a video to see what those numbers are

    • @mikeholt9988
      @mikeholt9988 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It will lose little at 100 feet/33 yards. If you know the ballistic coefficient of your ammo you can calculate the fps/power at any distance. I'll hazard a guess that at 30 yards a skirted pellet would lose 20 maybe 30 fps. With the 25.4 grain here that would mean 3 fpe loss. Call it 5 fpe loss at 30 yards and hedge the bet

    • @verdellparentaaawink268
      @verdellparentaaawink268 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mikeholt9988 these guys are selling these guns for their sources and getting free chronograph free guns for advertising or they own their own franchises... the aea are problematic guns you can get a real aka for less than an pcp airgun cost so its sucks when you unbox it with your fingers crossed hoping you got a good one..least these guys peddling them could do requests for a potential customer..I'm not a coke gun sniper from 300' I use mine as a tool to feed or protect my self and I dont want to pull it out in a self defence situation and it fail at those prices they should be fail proof ..if you are going to do sniper work you need to know what power your getting on the other end..the best gun I own is American made airforce pcp single shot but you can count it shot after shot

    • @kyleklukken4089
      @kyleklukken4089 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@verdellparentaaawink268 You always rate energy at the muzzle bud. Then you can get the ballistic co-efficient of the ammunition along with the crony info and you can figure out energy over range if you want to. If you had a lab radar you could have it calculate the energy for you.

    • @Jtwizzle
      @Jtwizzle ปีที่แล้ว

      It will drop 100fps and 9-10 fpe at 33 yards. Calculated with chairgun ballistic app.

    • @centralvalleyairgunners2380

      I guess I could have. The semi auto doesn’t chronograph well if I go too fast and it messes up the data stream :)
