@@misterniceguy429 I think Nickelodeon's the best option anyway. A lot of shows did get cancelled in favor of more popular ones but if it at least manages to get a season who knows what would happen. And screw off with Disney if they're gonna be homophobic about it.
@@unofficialmilkyway6986 Actually that does sound reasonable, maybe if the show is good enough it could last for a long time like the Loud House, the only downside is that Nick will demand too much from the show causing to go through a seasonal rot like the Loud House

I also heard she pitched it to CN but they rejected it for a stupid sexist reason, isn’t that right Tower Prep? I’m not sure if Disney will take it, remember what I said and what they did to the Owl House? So maybe Nickelodeon could work if they don’t reject it or cancel it early.

I think a lot of issues are just that it’s no longer stylized in the same way. I think it would fully be possible to include diverse body types and keep the sharpness of it, but they might also be looking for a easier or more affordable animation style. Who knows? I just hope it happens
honestly it works better to fit with the times, the old style didnt feel as dynamic very stiff

I was conflicted by these new design. Not in a nostalgic sense.
If Lauren preserves the spiky, pointy lines for some character, I would like the design more.

if we get the current body types with the old designs of the characters when its a win win situation because we get more body diversity and designs that are so awesome

I just really miss Mars’ old quirky outfit. The new clothes aren’t terrible but it’s a completely different character now. Still curious to see how this progresses.

It's nice that she added more diverse body types but I still perfer the old designs. They just seemed more unique and eye-catching. Maybe she could add more diverse body types with the old designs though!

I don’t like the redesigns either. The only redesigns that I don’t hate are The sun and Saturn. I would change Saturn’s earrings tho back to hoops tbh

The redesigns give me major Kirby and PowerPuff Girls vibes. Even Milky Ways stars look like Kirby’s warp star.

With the redesign i feel like Lauren leaned more into the mlp art style, in my opinion i really like the old character designs but i like the idea of there being more diverse body shapes

At first I didn't like their new designs that much, but I thought it is probably due to the fact that the more simpler design needs less animating budget. If the animation actually comes out and it's decent, I would appreciate these new designs tho!
I really adore each characters design, but most importantly Mars's. She looks like that one fun kindergarten teacher everybody in school loved

i like the body diversity but I kinda wish she still kept some of the outfits and hairstyles for sun, Uranus, and mars
I love most of the redesigns, but my only sort of complaint is that all of the characters look so in completely different that it kind of looks like they’re all from different shows. Like some of them have very voluptuous and round figures, while others are very sharp and slim, and I have nothing but respect for people who have a lot inclusivity in their work, but something about the art styles makes it look like the characters are not really coming together.
The best thing I can compare it to is like how they are fan animations, where a bunch of different artists get together and create an animation all in their own little art styles but it’ll be like one fluid concept, like a character going to the store and avoiding obstacles But it’s like one individual drew the character, dodging a car, and another one through them hopping over a fence and another one in pad them pause to catch their breath, things like that
i really appreciate the fact that they have more diverse body types, but some of the redesigns are just…. cursed. like WHAT HAPPENED TO MERCURYS HAIR?? PLUTOS EDGINESS??? MOONS DRESS???? and the entire things that saturn and neptune got turned to- its just so, so weird.

I've only seen this 'series' for like a hot minute but wow, you can really feel how the expressiveness and personality of the characters just seep out when showing the redesign.

Im not inlove with the new redesigns,, dont get me wrong Its not about the body types,, that actually makes me very happy to see some more positivity, but regaurding the outfits,, they looked a lot more detailed and special in the original designs, like jupiter’s earings for example,, although the peace signs are cute and still make sense, i was really digging those lightning bolts!! They just fit way better.

I didn't mind the new bodies but some of the characters had solid designs Saturn looks so different Mars and Jupiter. They are my favorite I still appreciate the redesign I love the creative process.

(Sorry for being late) I like most of the redesigns! I really like the chubbiness of the new style and how they’re more inclusive. I do not like some of the things, though. I don’t like the new design of Milky Way; she honestly looks a bit scared. I don’t know how to word it. I’m also happy that she changed Mars’s body type, but the funkiness of her outfit was changed. I don’t like the Jupiter’s new outfit; the old one was definitely better. I don’t like Mercury’s redesign. I don’t have reasoning I just don’t like it as much as the old one. Overall, the redesigns are great; I’m just not a fan of all of them. I really hope we get a show. I’d love to see these characters in a cartoon!! :)

The Sun littarly slayed (My opinion!) Moon's should've just have her old outfit Jupiter(? .She has okay-ish Outfit and design too and also her hair look's like somewhat's Twilight's ponytail and maybe she couldn't have her hoops :( (Tho i think we might see her in her hoops) Mercury is alright but I think she should've had the short hair (forgot the green haired girl's name) she has an alright design I guess...
But Overall they have a cute design and is alright but I think they should've stayed with the old style and maybe add onto thei new design and maybe keep Mars,Moon.Jupiter's old style :(

It’s half and half for me. Mars, Jupiter, Moon, and Uranus look better in the original (lightning bolt earrings >> peace sign earrings). The others look better in the redesign, especially Milky Way and Pluto. Pluto had one of my least favorite designs since it was kinda plain in my opinion, but her skates in the redesign are super cute. I also like the softer and chubbier art style the redesign had

Why they massacre my girl mars 😔
I liked the old designs more than the new ones. The old one has a a stylist design with the way they resemble stick figures moving wildly while the new one just looks plain trying to look realistic.
Don't get me wrong by saying it's because they're rounder and thicker. There are designs out there that are rounded out and look good such as the Powerpuff girls.
