wow suman spanish time pilipino serve and eat that already it's a hard food specially farmers working in the farm rice field during that time w/sugar or latik ( caramel)

I think the caramel that she put on the suman is what we called "Latik" or caramelized sugar with coconut milk. You cook the coconut milk then add sugar in it. When it's already a bit sticky, then that's when you know it's done or cooked.👍I'm also from Davao City btw.😉
