Great, now need the video showing how to remove the plastic air duct so you can access and remove cylinder 4 return fuel line. Cant seem to get it off and I notice you already have yours removed? Any ideas how I remove this? I have removed the retaining bolt and loosened 4 hose clips but the entire ducting remains solidly in place.
thanks for watching i would clear the fault so that in the future it wont get a miss diagnose because of this code that is from a previous problem. also you should code the injector to the car via diagnostic so it wouldnt really take much to erase the fault. good luck

Engine shakes still when it´s Cold below 10 Degrees for a few Minutes. then when its little warm it runs very smooth. do you have a Link of your coding Video? @@ap-mechanics thanks for watching. Coding these injectors is al about putting the code on the side of the injector on the ECU via a diagnostic machine, just remenber the number 1 injector is on the gearbox side and the number 4 is on the belt side.

Procedure was done on injector 4 , everything was smooth, but.... now when i checked what code was writen to system - now shows 2 codes on injector 4 . Why's like that that first code even doesn't looks like from old injector, second code from new injector which one i did replaced today. Why now on injector 4 i have two codes? Shows like that 4ZFGGG-9FFGGG 9FFGGG its new code. 4ZFGGG unknown code even on old injector which one I removed was different code. Why i have now like that? Thanks

Do you happen to know the size of the torx bolt that holds the injector in place?
Hi. at what torque is the injector screw tightened at 1.6 hdi, euro 6?

The pre torque is 4nm and then tighten to 65 degrees..

I used Autel 908 pro, it works in most of the car that i have tried so far.

It did solve the problem and the car worked flawless after the replacement of the injector and coding.
Hello guy. Same problem for me on injector 2 . Found 435 ohm so it’s a short circuit compared to 190 Kohm. Regards.

that faulty injector was from a 2010 from the code on top, the one you replaced it with was from a 2013 👍
How do you identify the date from the code?
@@jamiebkc first letter of the bottom code, K 2011, L 2012, M 2013, N 2014 and so on

Yes it should be and infact is in most cars, however French cars usually make it the other way around.
