    Really appreciate the videos. Using some of the different repairs you did on different atvs was able to diagnose and repair a 2005 can am outlander 400 myself Super helpful man

    The hole in the header probably came from running a hot engine through creek beds. Just a guess. I had a hole in my exhaust manifold from snow and wet roads. Great episode! Thanks, Joe.

      Ikr lots of TH-camrs will say here we go with the first start and in truth they all really had it running good and then run it out of gas and then give the viewers a "first start". Joe is very legit with his content.

    #1 thing check oil, then water to see if water went into oil. Expecially if no coolant in radiator. Spark plug not pluging into cap was probably the reason u got it so cheap, beside's the carburetor stuff

    I'm new to this channel, but have tons of experience in this department as I used to work in a bike shop for ten-plus years. This appears to be quite a lucrative job. The profits that could be made on virtually every machine you have is likely pretty decent. One thing is for sure, and that's you're definitely earning your money because this isn't an easy gig.

    Hey Joe. Really enjoy your amazing videos and the work you do. On some of your videos you get them finished up all but 2 or 3 other remaining small items/issues that you mention at the end of the videos. Like some remaining paint the needs to be stripped on this bike or your going to order some new side panels for this atv. Could you do a quick recap at the end (or beginning) of some your videos and show the completed product and maybe even what you did with it after completed? You know, something like sold this one or traded that one. Thanks and keep up the great content. Have a great Christmas season.

    I have that header I can send you. I have the same yfz, I got the exact same deal and the only issue was the selenoid wires were on backwards and it had a junk silencer. I put a whole new hmf exhaust but the header that was on it was mint. you can have it.

    In the cold weather keep that cooling fan off unless you’re going slow in the trails ! The fan will keep the outer cylinder cold while the inside gets hot next your cylinder is cracked ! Don’t want that ! Keep em coming bud 👍😎💪🏻

    Right hand side, front motor mount "frame" bolt arrears to be defunct. @42:13 the flywheel inspection screw has left the building.

    Little trick for busted exhaust pipes. Get an empty Soup can. Cut it down the sides and clamp it onto the exhaust.

      I use a soda can cut the top and bottom and split down one side and use 2 hose clamps

      Ha!😂 I used to do that on my first car! Wrap it with a soup can and a couple exhaust clamps! Would last a month or two, but always failed at the worst time's!! 👍

    Hey brother how do you disassemble a big wheel yamaha 80 rear hub do i need a hub puller 😮 i need the hub on a different rim 😢 the hub is stuck ive removed the nuts from the three bolts but it wont budge im so close but yet so far away ugh 😮

    When you first jumped the solenoid, you jumped 3 feet in the air. Lol. Nice temporary fix on the header. I would have used duct tape. LOL, Merry Christmas Joe.. Z 😂

    Good catch on the missing fuel screw. Spark plug not Good when black, it should be light tan or mocha may be too rich. Blade fuses are designed to be checked when plugged in, the 2 little bare spots are for your voltage tester. You can tell if you have power going in and power going out

    Dude who originally owned this was definitely a wheelie king, hence the lights on the A-arms to see in front when riding wheelies at night. Probably all road riding. That's why tires are so worn.

    Hey joe. I was wondering if you could give some advice? I found a 1984 kawasaki kxt250 tecate 3 wheeler. Its pretty clean
    84’ Kawasaki KXT 250 Tecate - original OEM plastics and tank. New swing arms bearings. New carb from Off-Road Innovations. New tires all the way around. New seat cover over OEM foam and pan. Re-Plated cylinder with new Wiesco piston, rings, and wrist pin. New spark plug and shift shaft. New UNI air filter and fresh fluids. New pro stock Boyesen reeds and Pro circuit 304 silencer also new exhaust gaskets. New petcock, fuel line and vent lines. New clutch friction plates, new gas tank bolt, and new gas cap. New head, cylinder, clutch cover gaskets. New rear master cylinder, caliper, and pads. Comes with the following parts: original OEM Mikuni carb with throttle cable, original OEM master cylinder,
    Caliber, and gas cap

    If your measuring across the solenoid as in one lead on one side and other on the other you would read 12v until the slenoid engaged then you should read MV or close to 0 when it closes.

    That header pipe fix was probably the worst thing I have ever seen You do on this channel!! 😂 Automotive heat shield wrap would have been a more appropriate fix in my opinion! 😮😮 I can smell the burnt rubber from here in Michigan!

    A good exhaust pipe fix is to use an aluminum soda can with top and bottom cut out, then clamped.

    You really need to make that corner where u park at one big corner berm so you can git it around that corner n keep on gittin it!!!lol! Nice quick fix n it does sound like it's got some snap to it!

    Real wreck u got but a great price i would soak the plastics and clean them then sand them and buffer them smooth then coat it in wax polish last it will make the plastics look brand new takes a bit but u can do it very good purchase to flip quick.
