Great video. I have one of these forks off a Carrera and had no idea how to dismantle them or what to do when I had. Your video was so crystal clear and thorough that I have no qualms about doing it since the bike has now done 5000k. Thanks.

Nice video and very good job. Thank you for sharing! A while ago I had to do a service to a Nex Suntour fork and I was adviced to use special suspension grease. Which one did you use? You didn’t comment on that. Would you use the same grease for different forks? Thanks for your feedback

Great video. I’ve rebuilt mine, now the lockout has stopped locking. I’ve tried the inner 4 mm, it just keeps spinning. I’ve broken the forks back down again and I still can’t get it to lock. It was working before I stripped the forks down 😢. Any ideas?

If the bolt keeps spinning and doesn’t come to a stop then the lockout unit may be faulty I’m afraid , or something hasn’t quite gone back together right 🤔

OK now I see why my lockout function never worked. I dont have that little hex knob on my fork. so the blue cap is not doing anything by itself. I wonder if there is any way to get that part? If someone gives me the hex size and length I can possibly make one.

Hey very interesting video! It looks like you have removed the top bushes, along with the old dust seals. However I don't see new bushes when you installed the new seals. Can I just assume that the new seals have bushes incorporated into them?
Thank you in advance for your help!
