Very helpful video as most of yours are! Thanks for the tips about philodendrons that are not easily going to attach to a pole such as pink princess. I had never heard that before and makes me feel much better about mine not seeming to attach. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Another suggestion for the pole being in a shallow pot would be to use a saw and cut off some of the bottom. Having a flat, instead of pointed, bottom may make it stay a little better. Looks good!

Interesting! I've got a hybrid Lemon-Lime Philodendron that came clipped to a pole, so good to know it may be for life 😊 I am wondering how the dye in those poles held up, though. Haven't seen that yet.

Great video! I have been toying with the idea of training my philodendron/pothos (I'm not sure which he is. I got him at the grocery store, and he was labeled 'foliage plant'. LOL) on a pole. I now have an idea of how to do it. Thank you!

I need to get an extension for my Rhaphidophora tetrasperma as she’s already grown almost a foot above the top of the original one💚

Maybe a deeper pot might work better.

If I could have found a clear sturdy 8” pot that was deeper that’s definitely what I would have used. But honestly after I watered it and put it in its cover pot it’s doing great!
