Being a hairstylist of nearly a decade, I can tell you, that you are not supposed to apply strong shampoo on your hair. I've observed hair lines of many people, and I observed that individuals who were using strong shampoo cleansers usually had poor hairline. So I recommend only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and suggest to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage two times a week as it enhances circulation and encourages healthy hair growth.
Mild shampoo will not help to stop fungus growth. Medicated shampoo is a must for that. Unnecessary & frequent use of shampoo may damage hair, but not root. Therefore Use shampoo ideally to maintain scalp health 😊 Each individual have different type of skin & scalp condition. Use of oil may make the dandruff worst but on the other hand dry scalp condition oil may help as a moisturising medium. Without clearing the underlying issue ( medical condition, hormonal issues etc ), der is no point in using oil or massaging. Pls understand Oil never promotes hair growth. 👍🏼
