Creating welded frame with structure designer

Using the Structure Designer tool in NX you can quickly create structures with standard cross-sectional members. NX does all the grunt work for you.

I am using NX 2206
I search a lot but I cannot find this application .
Just there is mechanical routing
How can I add this Application>

Nx is confused and very bad complicated 🤔🤔🤔
In frame generator we cant choose any members from sketches...and there is just one standard for tube shape...for example you have any choise for 100*100*2mm
This is a general type profile...
I dont belive that nx has huge name...but hasnt simple things
You cant define easly an dimention for 3d Sketches ...oh my god😂😂😂
