- In a big setback for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi High Court on Friday paused a lower court's order granting him bail in a money laundering case linked to the now scrapped excise policy. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had challenged the trial court's bail order.
The Delhi High Court has reserved its order after hearing both sides. The Delhi Chief Minister will remain in Tihar jail for now.

AAP spokesperson says that Kejriwal is a leader more popular among people and so was elected thrice as CM of Delhi.
But Kejriwal is so dishonest and currupt that he went back on the promises he made to people like no bungalow, no gaadi instead indulged in corrupt practices.
He has been elected thrice purely because he threw some freebies to the people and played vote bank politics successfully to snatch away committed votes of Congress party.

Kejriwal is fit for jail
Courts are highly enthusiastic to deal with Kejriwal's case more than any other pending cases. Singhvi's harvest.
The crux of the matter is that there are only arguments presented in court from both parties of the dispute and to back up their arguments documents are produced. It is not for the court to read the documents in the absence of oral arguments which are not presented. There is a tendency to waste the court's time by a weaker party.
ED of India is an artistic organization. Their art is for hire for those in power.
