Can we just praise God for John Macarthur and any other solid teacher that has dedicated their lives to the teaching of God's Word?! No one is perfect. The text of Scripture is inspired. Feel free to use this, and many other tools, to aid in dedicating your own life to knowing God
Agreed, and you have to imagine that Z has been working to produce a Comfort Print LifeApp skeleton onto which various translations could be grown. Can these dry bones live?
when having to use a bible outside... use one without white pages .. . maybe an off white.. or aged pages that have shown age discoloration and have already become dulled... these work the best.. outside..
this review would have been better when pointing out specific things on this bible if some sort of POINTER was used... such as in regards to the 4 part binding.. or the separation in the binding... take a pointer and state "right here"... "right here"... "right here" and "right here"... and a pointer would have been REALLY helpful in showing what you were trying to show as far as the glare on the pages from sunlight.. Where is the green text?... it all looks black in your video... Please use some kind of pointer... a blade of a pair of scissors.. or a pencil eraser tip at the end of a pencil.. or an un extended ball point pen tip.. to point exactly to what the viewer is supposed to be eyeing... thank you...
I always apply caution when it comes to having a study bible by one person. No matter how great there knowledge is they can’t be right on every point. I always feel that with study bibles you have to careful. Which is maybe why I prefer the ESV study bible it’s not just one person thoughts although they are both from the reformed end. But again you have to be wise and careful
The notes are not exclusively Jmac's notes, so it isn't as if its the perspective commentary of a single man. Jmac is the General Editor, in the same way RC is the general editor of the Reformation Study Bible.
@@msctshrly I guess that's better than the cambridge spray on or whatever that is. The Turquoise is the only cambridge with leather interior. I just bought a rl allan 53 it's coming apart as soon as I can glue it. Il never buy a non sewn perimeter again. I like my cambridge Turquoise just want something a little more thicker paper. Looks like the wide margin cantabery my next one. 38 gsm or this one. Would prefer the rl allan 62 if not for glued perimeter.
If a person doesn’t interpret Scripture as John MacArthur why would they then choose his study Bible with his notes? You are literally purchasing his opinions.
As much as I appreciate John MacArthur and to answer your question about the gifts of the Holy Spirit, he doesn’t have any information or verses in the back of the study Bible regarding his viewpoint of cessationism because it is unbiblical.
I found out several years ago in a band that L.C.D. readouts.. on a keyboard are worthless in the sunlight as well.. what a waste of money THAT keyboard was.... just sayin'
I never produced the second video. I actually started to do one for the Grace and Truth, but it was getting so long and covered so little that it proved unfeasible.

It may be time to get a new Bible when your markings make it difficult to read or when your Bible is falling apart.

Does this Bible have red letters?
No, the 2-color design applies teal to things like headings only. There is no red letter print for the words of Christ.

I believe that Thomas Nelson/Zondervan uses a bonded calfskin leather.
