      70c or above is ideal for turkey

    I always avoid turkey, as I have had dry turkey failures in the past.
    I might give this a go.
    My Cosori is only the 3.8.
    I do have a Ninja 6 and 8 ltr.
    Could I do it on airfry in them please.

    What should the internal temperature be

      70c or 160f and that applies to pork chicken or turkey
