I just had to come back after watching this video and let you know how grateful I am!! My husband always cooks the turkey for Thanksgiving, but he is fighting cancer and chemo is kicking his butt. It was just our immediate family, so I got the boneless turkey breast. Thanks to your directions, I was able to make the most delicious, moist turkey. Thank you for sharing this and making something in my world easy and perfect. I might even make another for Christmas!

May God bless your husband and give him the strength to deal with his cancer and chemotherapy . I’ve been cancer free for 6 years and I know how horrible and scary it all is . Chemo really kicked my butt too. Blessings 🙏

Hadn't seen this kind of turkey breast roast before - it's perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to get all slicey and dicey with the innards and just get to the good parts of the turkey

I love the boneless turkey breasts but have always cooked them in a big conventional oven and wasn't sure if I wanted to try one in an air fryer, but you've given me the courage to try it! I would have never thought to use mayo to season the turkey but I'm going to do exactly what you've done because it looks great and I trust that it tastes great too. Thank you for your video!

I dry brine it for 24 to 48hrs with whatever seasoning you prefer, i use an all purpose seasoning and a jerk wet rub and a little kosher salt. Not very much salt, you can skip the salt if your rub already has salt in it and i cook it to internal temp of 145-150 because its going to rise some as you let it sit after cooking

I think that seasoned-mayo idea would work on a whole turkey roasted in the oven, too. It looks like it would cling more easily to the turkey than butter which hasn't thoroughly softened yet, and would also allow seasonings to adhere more easily than they do when I spray non-stick cooking spray on my turkey and sprinkle the seasonings on afterwards. Thanks for the tip; I might try that this Thanksgiving!

This was my second air fryer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . The last one worked fine but was large and a bit loud. This one is outstanding. It is smaller overall but still has plenty of capacity. It crisps the food better. You don't get one side soggy if you forget to turn it over. It is pretty quiet, easy to use, easy to clean, and works great. It chimes to alert you to functions, like when to turn over food that benefits from that. The automatic pre-heat is great. The display is large and easy to read, the light inside is actually useful. The window is worth the extra $10. It looks good sitting out on my counter. I haven't been this happy with an appliance for a long time. Good value for money.

Cooking for 2-3 people or eat for 2-3 people?? : ) Turkey breast is fantastic on sandwiches the day or two after. Mmm.
I need to get myself one of those oil sprayers with those inbuilt sound effects.
I have a turkey hindquarter. Do you recommend the same buttery goodness you used on the turkey roll or another marinade?
Presumably the internal temp of 165f is the same for a hindquarter too?
