Wattson needs a massive buff. I'm a wattson main and still waiting for it since season 3. Wattson used to be meta in season 2 as the most op legend but the arrival of new legends as made her pick rate go down. I think respawn has slept on her.
The flatline
The pk/mozam loadout with disrupter round and hammerpoints goes hard man.. It feels illegal seeing your nemesis-wielding ennemis getting annihilated by your po-po
Put it in a creeping Rev, backed up with a Ballistic ult and you've got a monster push

easy on the ash bash
Looking at how rev is later in the season, I recommend that rev hits everyone in a team at least once so that if your teammate knocks a guy, you will get the shield back. It goes back up when you knock or help knock a guy and when you finish a knocked player you have killed or assisted to knock.

That's kinda impossible to do right imo. Each legend can play in various roles and/or playstyles. Not every weapon combination is a must pick since you don't always find what you need, it depends on your playstyle etc.
Probably just think about what you want to achieve with your playstyle, decide on the weapons that help you the most in that role, make sure you can aim with them and you're good to go.
For ranked I have been rocking lifeline very successfully and wraith or bang in pubs. I’m still an awful wraith but don’t insta leave either lol. Best gun combo for me so far is repeater and PK!! Thanks for the vid! Lots of insight
No one is talking abt how lifeline got buffed and his season. With loot overall and especially shields being very hard to find now, her ult is a great way to get quick blues/purples or even golds. Plus with the buffs to ult accels each one takes over a min off the cooldown so couple of those off rip and your team is set. Also not having to carry too many extra meds since some of the ring damages and timings changed is huge.

I hit my closest squad wipe with the hemlock and I must say, it absolutely shreds.
revenant can aslo perform his tactical off any ziplines, and you can basically run around with his tactical activated and to cancel it just take out your weapon, also use activate revenants tactical the slide on a jumpad and release the tactical after the 2nd jump to cover an insane amout of distance
I love the hemlock. Throw a 1x dot sight or a bruiser and it’s a beam machine!

the main guns ive been running so far are the CAR and the mastiff, and tbh I've never really been a fan of the mastiff,but this season I think its a lot better bc of the tighter spread

Here's a tip for Crypto. EMP does delete his forged shadow health. Just be sure you can knock Rev before he knocks you.
I've always been a fan of the Hemlock, preferring off meta weapons. I picked one up off dropped and i was beaming with no barrel or stock.
If you can wrap your mind around the burst fire, it's one of the best ARs
Absolutely, since I've returned I picked up the hemlok and have loved using it, also it's iron sights are actually really nice to use until you get a sight of choice.
Caustic needs a major buff. He throws his traps way to slow, and they deploy to slowly. Wattson's fence got a buff in speed activation. Catalyst can throw her spikes like a javelin across the map.

My favorite legends: Wattson, Crypto, Loba, and rampart cryptos drone needs a buff either longer range to see people by 10 meters or something to keep the drone from instantly being destroyed, maybe a cloaking type drone
His drone should be able to see thru cat walls
newcastle horizon and rev has been going insane for my team but not enough time to actually play much rip
I've been using a Volt and Peacekeeper combination and I'm really enjoying it. I started playing about 4-5 days before S17 ended and I'm considering using Octane to improve my gunplay.
Octane isn’t good use someone like Maggie for the aggressive pushing

Can someone please explain to me what the Choke means on the guns? I’ve seen it on one of the shotguns but I don’t know what it means. Is it something I should keep enabled or should I leave it disabled?
Choke is on the peacekeeper and triple take. It is the effect you get that compacts the spread the longer you aim down sights. Taking it off, will not compact/increase accuracy and in general this isn't something you want to do. So leave it on.

Fuze ult needs to make it so the initial fire damage isn’t 5 it should be 40 plus the extra slow, on top of that, most legends can just jump out of it
I’m about to get enough credits to unlock another legend, but I don’t want to waste them on a legend I won’t enjoy or isn’t viable. I’m considering both Horizon and Catalyst, does anyone have advice between the two?

Unpopular opinion: One of the best legends in the game now is MIRAGE! The buffs to his kit the last few seasons have made him extremely difficult to counter if you're playing against someone who knows how to use him (esp. now he's support). His invisible rez has turned the tide of fights more times than I can count, and his bamboozles are helpful to mark well-hidden enemies. He's the king of surviving unsurvivable situations and too many people still dismiss him as a weak legend. NOT ANYMORE, FRIENDS
exactly, he is unbelievably good. His ult in close quarters when used right is just free kills

I'm not sure how competitive you are with this game but me and my team were talking about this last week when discussing roles on the team and he has performed really well for me as an entry frag role. He allows for such confusion when you take an angle for a beam and enter with him, once you get shot you can use his tac or ult to get back reposition and heal and cause massive confusion for the enemy so that once your teammates push in the enemy team is unsure of what's happening fully and more often then not if my teammate gets knocked and I have tac and ult 8/10 times I'm able to cause enough confusion to get the rez off. Definitely underated not just for pubs but some high end ranked when used as a fragger if played possible which gives him this strange role of a support entry frag that has uniquely hybrid roles unlike any other legend. Will he be good enough for actual pro comp play no but in ranked in the right players hands for sure. The invisible rez as long as your weapons are stowed is a highly misused and misunderstood mechanic.

Imma be honest when it comes to legends and being actually good with them, it’s instinct. No matter how much you learn a character, there’s always 1 character that everyone can agree fits them best. For me it’s mirage. Yes I have more kills on path, wraith, octane etc. but I have never played smarter than with mirage, never gone through 1v3’s like I do with mirage. Like I played a game where I 1v2’d 3 teams that had full reds back to back and I started with grey, just because his play style is so ingrained in my mind but isn’t taught in ANY video I’ve ever seen

octane needs a buff in my opinion...
Wraiths tactical desperately needs a buff. Taking 1.25 seconds is absurd especially considering the fast ttyl in the game right now. 0.5-0.75 seconds would be significantly better for wraiths purpose of entry fragging and then void running out to heal and let your teammates push in to clean up.
Facts. I’d love to see a rework to wraith’s kit in general tbh. Mainly just the passive and tactical though. For the passive they really need to fix when it activates, and could even have it give us more information about where we’re being aimed at from (for example, enemies to the east, or on your left, those kinds of callouts but idrk how easy that would be to implement or if it’s even possible at all, would just be cool). And the last thing with the passive is please just give your team auto callouts without having to press a button to warn teammates. The amount of times I’ve gotten the message for traps in the area and tried to warn my teammates for them to walk into them a second later is rather funny.
As for the tactical, I think something closer to what she had originally would be fine at this stage of the game. Maybe not the exact same because it was really good, but I agree that the ttk in apex has gotten faster and a 1.25 second activation with slow on windup and exit is rather absurd
I don’t see a reason to change it. Pathfinder needs the time to grapple as well, octane needs time to pad and takes damage while stimming, and wraith still maintains her very high on pick rate

@@TimProVision it is definitely dramatic and I apologize for the offense it surely caused. all the same, i appreciate your response. it isn't a common question at all, but i'm interested in why that style of "text animation" has invaded and taken root in nearly all video game videos in the past 5ish years.
retention is everything. So popping up text can add to the emotion of a video, showing importance, change of subject and overall just enhance the narrative of certain things. I typically do pop up text in the intro because when hovering over a video either on tv or desktop (maybe mobile?) it starts to autoplay and you have maybe 3 to 5 seconds to try and get someones attention.
