    This is SO true and important to hear. I love my meditation, eft, yoga etc but when we start obsessing over using them to make symptoms go away THEY become the problem. Now you have OCD as well as anxiety. Use them for general well-being and helping these things but not when you are in the fire of the anxiety or as your main approach. The wisdom of those techniques is the same as the wisdom of letting go anyway but you need to learn to let go without having to do all that. Your message is so true.
