にんにくの保存アイデア【にんにく収穫】【にんにくの乾燥方法】【にんにくのリース】【ガーリックブレイド】

我が家の家庭菜園の定番、2024年のにんにくを収穫しました。素人でも立派なニンニクが、あまり世話をしなくても収穫でき、友だちにお裾分けすると喜んでもらえる野菜です。昨年は雨が多くて収穫後の乾燥がイマイチでした。今年は周りのプロ農家さんの様子を見ながら、収穫時期を待っていました。
香川県では農家さんのにんにくは５月中旬で収穫が終わるようです。田植えの時期関連がありそうですが、ちょうど周りの元にんにく畑は茎と葉だけになっています。家庭菜園では５月末ごろでも良さそうに思います。天気予報を確認しながら全部収穫していきます。
今年もしっかり乾燥してから、三つ編みで編んだり保存しやすいようにしていく予定です。試しに1週間と少し前に収穫したにんにくで編んでみることにしました。編んでみるとあまりにも大変で、見た目もイマイチな出来になりました。出来なくはないけれどの出来栄えです。収穫して一気に片付けたい方には参考になるかなと思います。編み方の詳しい情報をお探しの方は、以前に公開している動画をご覧いただければ幸いです。収穫ネットに入れないで保存できるのでおすすめです。

We harvested 2024 garlic, which is a staple in our home garden. Garlic is a vegetable that even amateurs can harvest without much care, and will be happy to share with friends. Last year there was a lot of rain, so it wasn't very dry after harvest. This year, I was waiting for the harvest time while watching the professional farmers around me.
In Kagawa Prefecture, farmers seem to finish harvesting garlic in mid-May. It seems to be related to the rice planting season, but the former garlic fields around me are now just stems and leaves. I think around the end of May would be good for home gardens. We harvest everything while checking the weather forecast.
This year, I plan to make it easier to braid and store after it has dried thoroughly. I decided to try knitting it with garlic that I harvested a little over a week ago. When I tried knitting it, it was too difficult and the result didn't look very good. It's not impossible, but it's a good result.
