There are different ways to make Chicken karahi I totally agreed it is simple and easy dish.
I made it the same way the only differance is I used white pepper.

Good recipe. Chef Saadat your wife is a great chef. I will however not deep fry chicken in oil and use less oil. My husband is very health conscious. The Final look of karahi is really tempting and I have checked lot of karahi videos on youtube. Seemi from Virginia, US

One reason why hotel karahi has a different taste is that they keep using the same oil to fry chicken. At home we would use the excess oil in other dishes.
