So many comments regarding it but let me tell you one truth that in western UP and in old Delhi people call it biryani because of it's appearance mere ghar mein ab tak sab biryani bolte hain aur main unhe kehti hoon amma ye pulao hai biryani nahi to wo kehti Hain humne sari zindagi biryani hi boli to wohi bolenge😅 it's very very tasty and serve with qorma and Shami kabas lots of lachha pyaz (salad)last mein onion ka bhaghar lagate hain desi ghee ka to give an amazing aroma to it, always use raw basmati rice not sela one and yes use mutton or beef with some healthy fats to it, chicken is used by street vendors to make it quick and sasta that's it for this biryani (pulao)😊

I maybe mistaken, but this seems to be basically a simple pulao. Any thoughts on how this differs from a pulao? Looks delicious though. Also, please don't use vanaspati ghee which has Transfats which are dangerous to health and has been banned in many parts of the world. Desi ghee is a much better alternative, or simple use regular oil.
Well it’s one those quick recipe she shared and you can call it pullao Biryani but it does taste really good. Please do try and also use any ghee of your preference

Zyada bhoonay se gosht ka texture kharab ho jata hai. Khaas tor pe Chicken ka. Ooper se piyaz ko Laal kiay baghair daalnay ka kiya maqsad? Iss se briyani color aane k bajae ulta meethapun aa jae ga. My family is also from Delhi and i havent come across this ‘Saadi Briyani’ before.
Sorry to say , ye dehli wali biryani kahi sy bi ni ha, iskay idrak Kay straps, choti ilaichi , long or adrak lehsan hota ha, no beyaz no any other gram masala
