Today we're mixing up a class Dark and Stormy swapping out traditional Gosling rum for a local brand.
Since we're all stuck inside we thought we'd ease the tension with a daily happy hour where we'll mix up a cocktail, drink it, and talk about it.

2 oz dark rum
3 oz ginger beer
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Stir with ice and serve.
