    There is no such thing as "hair not falling out" our hair sheds daily (over 100 strands) and it doesn't matter what you put on it or not. You can use anything as simple as plain water on your hair daily, water is a moisturizer. To minimize shedding, keep your hair moisturized with any oils or hair grease and drink a lot of water, and eat healthier. I stop purchasing all these "hair products" five or six years ago and went back to using hair grease (my hair and scalp are very dry) on my scalp and hair, misting my hair daily with Aleo Vera juice (made up of mostly water), and drinking lots and lots of water and my 4c hair is waist length at age 66, I never had hair past my shoulders before. Either way, this is a nice video I just wish you didn't use the comment, "Not a Single Hair Will Fall Out" that is not true.

      Grease, yuck please don't it's heavy and suffocates anything it touches, but you are correct nothing can end shedding but you can alter the growth phases with certain vitamins and overall health fluctuations.

    I know some people were talking about hair falling out or shedding. I work with patients in my job and I see all types of hair and hair conditions. I do EEG so I’m in people’s hair all day and there are some people who absolutely have not one strand come out when I comb there hair and some with a few strands and some with almost a handful. What I’m saying is that you can get to the point of no hair fall. Or so minimal that it’s unnoticeable. So I think her wording of the headline is spot on.

    1 Banana, 1 Avocado, 2 tbls of Honey, 1/3 cup of natural Yogurt, 1 Egg, 3 to 4 tbls Mayonnaise, 5 tbls of Castor Oil, 5 tblsp of Hemp Oil or oil of your choice. Blend on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until creamy.
    I use this as a weekly deep conditioner on my 10yo (4c) hair son. And let me tell you ladies, his hair is sooooo soft! We live in a 4 season climate, so we've dealt with unfortunate dry,brittle hair over the years. But this recipe right here has literally been a blessing. This year has been our first winter that I have really noticed that no store bought hair product can even come close to the results I've seen. Oh, and if I'm feeling fancy (which lately I have), I also add lavender oil or a mix of oils to make his hair smell nice. Why? Well, because I don't wash with shampoo after I rinse it out. And because the recipe without the (lavender) can smell a little (homemade) 😉 if you know what I mean. And although (I'm) okay with that. At the end of the day, it's my son who goes to school and is around honest peers who will tell him about any "smells."
    Hope this helps 🙂
    *edit* Btw since using this I have not seen any signs of dry scalp on his head which was beginning to become a problem because I also braid his hair often during the winter, since he plays hockey and wears a helmet.
    *P.S* just a little side note: I use a very powerful (1400w) blender and blend for about 5 minutes until creamy. I use soft /firm avocados and bananas. And I also rinse his hair (4C) hair with warm water and then cold after to seal in his curl pattern. Most importantly, I pat dry after. I've never had any bits left in his hair (but please) understand this has been (my) experience. I have a hunch. The secret to no residue is the oils. Your experience may differ depending on the method. Some pp swear by Aloe Vera, and I would love to say the same, but unfortunately, I can't seem to get it right no matter what I do. Sooo yeah.🤷🏽‍♀️
    Cheers

      That avocado and banana can be VERY hard to get out of hair, especially the more textured hair types, please strain carefully if you try this. My cousin, who has very kinky dry hair but very long tried the banana and avocado and was so upset with me after she had to wash her hair several times to get the food bits out of her hair. I did not have a very hard time, but she did, be careful with that.

    I would do this treatment about 8 years ago. However, the article I found this hair recipe from added olive oil to the mix. My goodness, it made my hair extremely soft. I don't know if I was doing the treatment too often (twice a month) or this other treatment I tried was too harsh, but my hair got thin. I also would find chunks of banana in my hair due to not smashing it up well enough. I have natural hair now as I didn't at the time I was trying this treatment. I will try this again on my natural hair and add olive oil to it and only use once a month. But, like I said in the comments, NOTHING will grow your hair like WATER!!! NOTHING!! I was drinking a gallon of water a day for months and my hair grew EXTREMELY FAST! I wasn't eating as healthy as I normally do because I was going through hardship at the time. I was cutting my nails WEEKLY and my hair grew so fast. I now drink 8-10 cups (4-5 bottles) of water a day and have to pluck my eyebrows every 5-6 days. I will go back to a gallon a day and continue to eat healthy like I have been. My hair should be super longer this time next year! By the way, I wanted to try this concoction again a couple months ago, but didn't. I'm so glad I found your video because I know that I should filter it first before application. Thank you! ❤

      Banana and avocado have been game changers for me, I use them raw in conditioners with honey and olive oil, or use avocado butters and oils. Bought a banana powder but it was all clumped together and impossible to use. The raw fruit is probably better anyway

    Over the past couple of years, I have used banana and avocados, though not combined, in my hair. Using them has strengthened my hair, which has grown tremendously almost at waist length. But the problems I have are 1) the banana attracts gnats even after I rinse because I live along the gulf in the south and 2) no matter how thoroughly I rinse out avocado, it leaves a dirty residue. I have mixed them both with aloe vera. And nothing natural detangles like Creme of Nature and Kera Care. I have to choose between the pros of my hair growth or the cons of using bananas/avocados/ other things from my kitchen that tend to tangle and require more detangling time. With carpel tunnel symptoms, sometimes I get tired and just want the easy way out. But what would it cost my hair? I don't like products on the shelves because they don't nourish and I don't like homemade natural because they cause too much tangle.

    Hello. I am watching the video for the very first time and, I am happy with what I have seen. My problem is that, my hair has gone Bald completely. How can you assist me with something to, at least help me this embarrassing situation?

    • @NaturalVanesta1
      @NaturalVanesta1  ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the type of badness. If it’s carrying alopecia unfortunately these digs won’t help as that one needs a hair transplant. However if you’re generally healthy inside I don’t see why your hair can’t grow, then these can help with retaining that hair that grows. Oils can also help to stimulate faster hair growth with massages given everything else if ok also worth watching your stress levels ❤️

      You should probably use a leave-in conditioner everyday and not braid your hair to the ends.

    • @NaturalVanesta1
      @NaturalVanesta1  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Does it get matted at the roots or ends? If it’s the ends just check for split ends. If it’s the roots check how well you detangle your hair, work in sections, sleep with satin scarfs or pillows and see how that goes ❤️

    • @NaturalVanesta1

      This will help you retain length by providing your hair with moisture. For increase thickness try protein treatments ( I love a few on here) and eat high protein diet too as well as your veggies ❤️

    The one and only time I mixed one organic ripe banana in my hair conditioner, it was an Absolute Disaster.. Banana's have seeds in them, lil tiny seeds that felt like shards of glass, tangled in my wet hair. For me, it was impossible to get them out, soo I finally blew it dry thinking that'll get em out.. Nope I eventually had to cut the majority of my hair off to get rid of them.
    You can't see the seeds, so I guess sum folk just leave them in their hair, but you can absolutely feel them.

    I love this and I'm about to get into this seriously because I'm having too much shedding its really irking me.
    My hair stylist insists that it's normal but I'm really side-eyeing that.
    When you rinse it out, would it be better to rinse with cold water being that it traps in the moisture?

    • @techchika
      @techchika ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Tina I was having the same issue - it was scary with all of the shedding. I started taking iodine and zinc ( put drops of both in my water) Only two to three drops of iodine and about ten drops of zinc. It significantly reduced the shedding. Just wanted to share

      Hey sis I wash my hair every 3-4 weeks using a shampoo by L’Oréal Paris, then I do condition sometimes with a diy or shop bought conditioner it depends and then I will seal and style. Every week between wags days I deep condition using a diy treatment. I also use sprays through the week to help with moisture ❤️

  • @SirDave
    @SirDave ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I think this depends on what type of hair you have. I have low porosity hair, there are people who have made videos and have commented they have also tried something similar to this and it left residue in their hair. I did something very similar to this at the beginning of this year, sans the avocado, and it definitely left residue in my hair, and it pulled some of my hair out. I would claim this can help because you don't know the affects of this and how it may harm others.
