I've been using the mayo nd egg mix for about 3 months now on my 3b type hair. I suggest applying the mask in the evening nd keeping it in overnight (3 times a week) the growth results are literally unreal. Went from a bob cut to mid back hair length cause of the overnight growth. (update: I only do it once every two weeks)

Apply the mask when your hair is wet btw and cover it with a plastic bag so its airtight and absorbs all the nutrients overnight. I use the mayo and egg for shine, strength and moisture in my hair

Great video you were doing so great until the Cantu. What I mean by that is that Cantu has alcohol as the 2nd to 3rd ingredient most prominent in it. I think that’s the reason behind why you feel your hair is lacking moisture. Whenever you take out Cantu at least your hair feeling dry because of the alcohol in it. I much suggest coconut curls they don’t have any harmful products to the hair. It Hass to be the best leave in conditioner for black hair

For those who don't want protein from mayo or egg, I suggest omitting these and using just avocado, honey and olive oil.
A great substitute for those proteins is coconut milk

Use a ripe avocado. Unripe ones leaves little chunks
